This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house is ideal for families or groups. This holiday home will provide a perfect countryside retreat, but amenities and the beach are only a few minutes’ drive in any direction. There is plenty of space to get together and find peace and quiet in this home from home. The social heart of the home provides an open plan cooks kitchen with dining and seating area complete with a retro arcade table. The ground floor also comprises of a separate cosy lounge, study area overlooking the large garden, and a W.C. There is also a double bedroom on the ground floor. Upstairs presents a principal bedroom with en-suite, a further double bedroom, a twin room, and a family bathroom. The large garden is perfect for relaxing and entertaining, and the BBQ is waiting for you to enjoy. No matter where you are in this holiday home, your view will be the countryside. Enjoy the patio, table tennis and children’s slide, swings and climbing frame. With fresh towels, a well-stocked kitchen, full range of facilities, games, WIFI, and parking for 4+ cars there is nothing else to think about except having a great time. Close to Sandwich, Deal, and attractions, it’s perfect for a relaxing getaway all year round with plenty to explore when you are out and about! The village also has two traditional Kentish Pubs, along with lots of walking and cycling options. 1 Principal Bedroom with en-suite. 2 Double bedrooms. A twin bedroom and family bathroom. Open plan kitchen to dining area and family room. Cosy sitting room with study area and downstairs WC. Plenty of off-road parking for 4+ cars, and large garden with slide, swings and climbing frame. Exploring: Worth is a quiet village with a history dating back to Norman times. The village today has a church, a village hall, two pubs and all less than a 10-minute walk away. The village is so quiet and peaceful you wouldn’t believe that it’s only 2 minutes from the A258, meaning it’s less than a 10-minute drive to Sandwich, which is one of the best-preserved medieval towns in Britain, which hasn’t changed much at all since the Domesday Book. You’ll love its laid-back vibe and the fantastic range of independent shops, pubs and restaurants. You can’t mention Sandwich without thinking of golf, as you’re also less than 10 minutes’ drive from the world famous Royal St Georges course. Noted as being the No.1 links course in England, it has played host to world the famous Open Championship fifteen times (the most recent being in 2021). When you want to hit the beach, Sandwich Bay is only a few minutes’ drive away or visit the historic coastal town of Deal which is around 15 minutes’ drive away. Deal has a maritime buzz, but still retains its Georgian period charm, with an unspoilt seafront and the Grade II listed pier. Alternatively, you can head 25 minutes west to historic Canterbury. Main bedroom with en suite is lovely and bed very comfortable. The other 2 double beds sufficed but not as comfy as the main room.Kitchen is well equipped and the games table was a bit hit with the grandchildren (and their dad lol).Communication with the host was excellent with prompt replies to any queries we had.St Crispin’s Inn in easy walking distance.Definitely recommend. ##### Rita M.
