Sleeping up to seven guests across four spacious bedrooms, this delightful home is a wonderful base for seaside adventures, quiet afternoons in the garden, or relaxed evenings in one of the two comfortable living rooms. There is also a wood burning stove, which is a lovely addition for the winter months. At the heart of the home is a beautifully renovated, light-filled kitchen and dining area, opening directly onto the garden with lawn, patio and outdoor seating, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks as the sun goes down. The beach is just a short stroll away, where you’ll find the popular Hut 55 for coffee, cake, and bike hire. From here, enjoy a scenic 15-minute walk along the promenade into Deal’s vibrant high street, or head in the other direction to Kingsdown for views of the White Cliffs and make sure to visit the pub on the beach (The Zetland Arms) for a bite to eat or a drink. With free on street parking, plenty of space to relax, and a homely feel throughout, Brunswick House is a home-away-from-home that you will want to return to again and again. Property Description Ground Floor Enter into the hallway with the staircase ahead. Sitting room Light and spacious reception room with three seater sofa, two armchairs, Smart TV, working log burner. Second sitting room A second sitting room with two seater sofa, desk and chair, books and games. Kitchen/ Dining Room A fully equipped kitchen with a Rangemaster oven and gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Dining table and chairs to seat six people. Doors to the garden. Garden At the back of the house is a lovely garden with a patio and lawn area with corner sofa and side table. First floor Family bathroom Bathroom with a bath tub, basin and WC. Bedroom One Front bedroom - Sleeps 2, with a Kingsize bed, bedside tables, lamps, built in cupboard. Next door to this room is a walk in wardrobe for extra hanging space. Bedroom Two Back bedroom - Sleeps 2, with a two single beds (3ft), bedside table, lamp, built in cupboard and free standing cupboard. This bedroom looks out to the garden at the back of the house. Second floor Bedroom Three Back bedroom - Sleeps 2, with a double bed, built in cupboard, side table, lamp. Bedroom Four Front bedroom - Sleeps 1, with a single bed. Things You Need to Know Bath towels and linen are provided, no beach towels. Wi-Fi access. Central heating throughout. Free on road parking on the road outside the house. There is a garden to the rear of the property with seating. Please be aware that there is only a bath at the property, no shower facilities. House Rules We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages to our beautiful holiday home. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit. Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests. Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time. Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house. For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property. Please be respectful to neighbours Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am. We had a great stay over Christmas. When we arrived it had been decorated for us which gave it a home from home vibe. The house is spacious and the perfect size for 5 adults. The kitchen was amazing plenty of space and modern facilities We had no problem cooking our Christmas dinner there. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that it needs to have a shower attachment above the bath so people have the choice of a bath or shower and because of the size of the property it was difficult keeping it warm.
