It's an amazing location, close to all the great sights and happenings. And quiet place to come back too when we are done for the day. There is a few maintenance things that need attention. The patio blinds were broken last year and still were this year. We brought camping chairs to sit in as the couch only really fits 2\. The stools are nice but not to watch TV or play games. Two of our guests had to sleep on a very dirty and uncomfortable pullout sofa with a very thin mattress. They could feel the bars and springs through it. We ended up having to move it onto the floor. Although it was still quite uncomfortable, it was the best alternative. I would recommend this for anyone with a smaller group of four or less people that are OK with sharing two queen beds. The host had good communication and the property was mostly clean other than the mattress in the sofa bed and the toilet bowls.
