This modern remodeled apartment is the perfect location for your stay in Spearfish! There are two oversized bedrooms – each outfitted with King size beds and two closets, as well as a desk in one of the rooms. A queen size sleeper sofa is in the living room. Make yourself comfortable in the open living/dining area or step onto your private outdoor patio with side yard (not fenced). You’ll be only 1 mile away from downtown Spearfish with shops, eateries, coffee shops and more all within reach! Amenities: \*Main level, no stairs required \*Patio with furniture to enjoy a morning cup of coffee \*Two bedroom, one bathroom unit with queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. \*Onsite parking, spots available directly in front of your unit (see picture in listing for exact parking locations) \*Smart TV with Youtube TV provided \*Fully stocked kitchen with stove and small appliances (blender, toaster, coffee maker) available for use.
