Checked in at the desk. When I inquired about the restaurant, I had a choice between pizza and wings. Not a problem. the gentleman at the desk, now became the waiter and cook. While waiting on food, the same gentlemen then became the bartender! Good food, cold beer, prompt service! The rooms could definitely use repair and updating, but for the price it was fine. It appears to be work in process. The room was clean and comfortable, the only thing I didnt like was it smelled like it might have been a smoking room at one time or a hotel like smell, I am not sensitive to smells and didnt notice it once I was in the room for a few minutes. There are also ash trays outside of some rooms and I moved the one by my door because I do not smoke and did not want anyone smoking outside of my room. Overall I was happy with the clean room, good water pressure on the shower, comfortable bed and the check in people were friendly. The staff was very nice and helped us out to find all the great things to do. They went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. they have a free breakfast every morning.
