You’ll be just a… \- 8 min drive to Downtown Canmore. \- 23 min drive to Downtown Banff. You can check our guidebook which will help you get more familiar with the area and find tons of things to enjoy. In order to better enjoy the area, we really recommend renting a vehicle. You can either rent a car or a bike to move around as there is no public transportation. :) \- We have one dedicated parking spot for our guest\`s use. \- The underground parking has a maximum height capacity of 7 ft. \-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed. \-Hot tub availability is weather-dependent \-Parkade cleaning has been scheduled on May 5, 2025 starting at 9 AM. No vehicles allowed in the parkade during this time and will not be allowed to gain entry until the work has been completed. You may check the alternative parking posted onsite. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises. 5\. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate. 6\. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation. 7\. This unit has a maximum capacity of 8 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed. 8\. PETS: Your furry friends are welcome! Our pet fee is $25 CAD per pet, per night, and it is not included in the nightly rate. This fee will be collected after booking. Make sure to bring doggy bags to pick up their waste, and do not leave your pets unattended inside the unit. \*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation). 9\. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post\`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages. 10\. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest. 11\. The resort requires guests to provide their vehicle details for parking registration.
