"The property is very clean and well taken care of. Currently under slight renovations, these renovations did not affect our stay. The property offers complimentary shuttle service and it was easy to use and navigate. This is especially useful for families with small childrens. Despite the cold the playground was well maintained and utilized by guests. We truly enjoyed our stay and the kindness and professionalism of the staff. We would stay here again. "

"Quiet area with low traffic. However, I was woken up 700am one morning as they dragged the big blue metal recycling out of the garage for pickup. This was supposed to be my only sleep in day, lol. Very very loud wakeup call! Don't get the room next to the garage. Otherwise, I would say the stay was as expected with nice facility and staff. It was a 1 bedroom condo style room with descent hide a bed, nice kitchen and eating area, and good washer and dryer."

"Stayed in one of the condo options that came with a kitchen. Really liked how clean the property was and how nice the staff was. Had a small noise issue the first night (loud bang noises scattered throughout the night) and was told that it would be investigated when we told the front desk the next day. Had no issues the next day. You can slightly hear the train's horn in the distance, but otherwise, the area was quiet and an easy 5-minute drive to downtown Banff. "
