Our only concern was that it was definitely noticeable that there had been smoking in the condo and the carpet could use a good clean. We appreciated the underground parking, the strong wi-fi signal, the nice washer/dryer, and the convenience to the Highway. We had a few issues on checking in, but Jasmine was quick to respond. The two most important things to us are the cleanliness and the comfort of the bed. We found the bed uncomfortable and, unfortunately, there was a hole in the mattress. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay! ##### gary d. The place was clean and comfortable. We loved it. Jasmine, our host, was great. We adore Banff!
