Full unrestricted use/occupancy of exc; lusive use of entire home. Hot tub built into heated, salt water pool set in private tropical (palm trees, trop plants) setting  
Spacious three bedroom, two bath home. Listing is the entire house, including pool, hot tub, pool, tiki bar  
The three bedrooms, two queens, king in the master easily accommodates three couples. Families welcome - no children under 16 please  
Ideal for those considering buying in Florida, using as home base; min stay 7 days  
The space  
New construction Sep 20  
New inground pool (hot tub) just off lanai tiki bar all in a tropical setting  
Located just 20 miles from either Daytona Beach or New Smyrna beaches, just 5 miles from charming downtown Deland - home of Stetson college.  
Guest access  
tiki bar with flat panel tv, electric convectional grill, overlooking pool in 5 star hotel tropical  
Though reservation is for guest room, guests have full access to all amenities of property as though renting whole house - difference is host is on site.  
Guests have (provisional \[may be shared if second bedroom is separately occupied\]) private access to dedicated bathroom  
Driveway space is limited, one car per reservation
