Residentie CERA is a centrally located apartment house in De Haan, Belgium. It offers an excellent location, right in the heart of the town but still quiet, just 850 meters from the sea and beach. The property features Internet Wifi, Parking, and a central heating system. Room cleaning is included, and there is roofed parking available at the house.

The apartment house is conveniently situated near several outdoor attractions. The Duinbossen De Haan hiking paths are just 450 meters away, allowing guests to explore the beautiful natural surroundings. Additionally, the nearby La Potiniere park, located 500 meters from the property, provides a serene green space to enjoy.

Residentie CERA is surrounded by various amenities, ensuring a comfortable vacation rental experience. Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious and bright 4-room apartment that spans over two levels, offering 120 square meters of living space. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. On the ground floor, there is an entrance hall with a separate toilet, an open living and dining area featuring a TV with international channels and a flat-screen display. The large kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Upstairs, you'll find one double bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), a large children's room with two beds (90 cm x 200 cm) and one set of bunk beds (90 cm x 200 cm), and a smaller children's room with one bed (90 cm x 200 cm). There is also a shower and toilet on the upper floor.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is furnished with various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. These include a children's high chair, a baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. Wi-Fi internet access is provided free of charge. Additionally, a garage space (number 31) for one car is available, located approximately 25 meters away from the apartment. Please note that this is a non-smoking property equipped with smoke alarms and fire extinguishers. However, there is no elevator access.  
  
Other Information  
The apartment offers a view of the resort and is situated on the street side, making it suitable for families on vacation. It is important to note that the bed layout is flexible, with more sleeping options available than the maximum capacity of 6 people allowed. However, the stated maximum capacity should not be exceeded.
