For shared use: indoor pool heated, secured (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 06:30-21:00). Shower/WC in the pool area, terrace (100 m2). In the house: central heating system. Public parking on the road. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 10 m, bakery 300 m, bicycle rental 750 m, 2 minute walk to the centre, tram "De Lijn" 800 m, bus stop "Halte Leopoldlaan" 300 m, railway station "Oostende" 12 km, sandy beach "Strand De Haan" 30 m, park "La Pontiniere" 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2 km, surf school, sailing school 700 m, tennis, minigolf 400 m. Nearby attractions: Familiepark De Sierk 4 km, Sealife Blankenberge 13 km, Plopsaland De Panne 50 km, Brugge 20 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.  
"Cosy @ the beach studio with pool", 1-room apartment on 1st floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 1 child. Comfortable and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. Open living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), 1 fold-away bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), TV and international TV channels (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Small kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath or shower/WC. Small balcony 6 m2\. Balcony furniture. View of the resort.
