You will be staying in a 4-room house that spans across 90 square meters on 2 levels. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. The entrance hall has a separate WC. The living/dining room features a dining table, digital TV with international channels, and a flat-screen TV. It also provides access to the garden. One double bedroom is equipped with a double bed measuring 140 cm x 200 cm. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower/WC on the same level. The upper floor, accessible by a steep stair, has another double bedroom with sloping ceilings and a double bed measuring 140 cm x 200 cm. Additionally, there is a children's room with sloping ceilings, featuring 2 bunk beds measuring 80 cm x 200 cm.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property comes equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation. You will have access to a large terrace with a south-facing position, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Terrace furniture and a barbecue are provided for your enjoyment. The house also offers a hair dryer and free WiFi internet access. Additionally, reserved parking is available at the house.  
  
Other Information  
The property is suitable for families and features smoke alarms and a fire extinguisher for safety. However, please note that there is no lift in the building. The terrace offers a south-facing position, allowing you to soak up the sun during your stay. The house is equipped with electric heating to keep you comfortable throughout your vacation. Although the stair leading to the upper floor is steep, the bedrooms on that level feature sloping ceilings, adding character to the space.
