This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit, sleeps 4 with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. The beach is accessible directly from the property. Our brand-new sparkling pool and relaxing hot tub overlooking the Atlantic have just been completed for you to enjoy! The Space: Sit back, relax, and live the beach life in this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with the fitting name Tropical Palms Suite 704! This thoughtfully decorated condo has 1 queen-sized bed, 1 queen sleeper sofa, and a private balcony with a partial ocean view, making it the perfect vacation for two to four guests. This seventh-floor condo features a fully stocked kitchen complete with an oven, stove, microwave, full-sized fridge, and breakfast bar. The kitchen flows into an open-concept living space with a flat-screen TV, a comfy queen-sized sofa bed, and a dining spot for two. Down the hall is a cozy Queen Bedroom as well as a full private bathroom with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries for your stay. Enjoy free high-speed WiFi and a smart TV with access to cable and all streaming apps!(Please note, this unit does NOT include cable TV) Brew your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise views Florida is famous for from your private balcony. Guest Access: Check-In time is 3:00 p.m. and Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m. Once you have entered the lobby go to the front desk to pick-up your 2 physical keys, (1) lobby key and (1) room key. If you are arriving any time AFTER 5:00 p.m., you will need to retrieve your keys from the lockbox outside, to the left of the front lobby door. I would recommend staying further down the beach if you have little ones because this section of the. Each has cars driving/ parking on it. The accommodations were perfect for the two of us.
