The private balcony on the third floor gives you the feeling that you can touch the beach while you watch the pelicans, surfers and dolphins go by. The unit offers split bedrooms, the master has a King sized bed and the second bedroom also contains a King sized bed, along with two full sized bathrooms which allow for maximum privacy. There is a leather dual power recliner sofa and a leather dual power swivel recliner in the spacious living area including a full sized kitchen with all the kitchen ware to cook with. Three Flat Screen TV’s, plenty of closet space and ceiling fans throughout the unit give you the ability to call this home. Everything else was clean! I vacuumed it up and got it cleaned and we were ok! We had a wonderful time, and my family enjoyed it so much! ##### Ilee D. Nicely furnished condo with everything you need for a nice stay. Owner was very responsive to my emails. We love the location right next to the Sunglow Pier with Crabby Joe's and not too far from several nice restaurants in Ponce Inlet. We would have preferred a topper on the beds as they were firm, but that's just our personal preference. Only complaint was the toilet paper was awful! Wouldn't cost much for an upgrade there! Overall was a wonderful stay and we would stay again in this lovely oceanfront unit. ##### Lesa L. The Condo was beautiful and had everything you could possibly want in a kitchen, and the beds were so comfortable! Great place to stay! The only complaint I have is we couldn’t enjoy the balcony because who every was in the room below smoked so bad and it was coming up in our face, and I am allergic to it! ##### Ilee D. Condo was clean and comfortable and had a relaxing time on the balcony. Building and Condo were accessible. However beach access was stairs only no ramp. My wife and I came down to Daytona to spend Christmas with her family. We found this condo unit on the beach to stay in while we visited and we’re not let down! Great access to the beach, clean unit and had all the essentials you would need for a perfect stay. Would definitely recommend for your next trip to the Daytona Beach area. Your unit was perfect for us. My favorite is the ocean front view with plenty of comfortable seating. I loved the decor through out the unit. The furnishings were perfect for us with awesome accommodations with anything needed. The beach access, pool, spa & plenty of pool chairs was refreshing.
