Our Heating and AC, Water Heater, Washer/Dryer are all new with all new kitchen appliances. The flooring is a clean tile and luxury vinyl laminate flooring in bedrooms. No carpet smell or sandy carpet to deal with. A superb package of luxury amenities makes Opus Condominiums the best mix of an oceanfront resort and a beachfront condominium complex. Across the street is a Dollar General and a Winn Dixie Grocery Store for all your, toiletry, and food needs. There is a 50's Diner, Coney Dog Restaurant and Congo Golf with live alligators just across the street on Atlantic Ave. All of the bedrooms feature 55" flat-screen televisions, and the unit comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests max. The oceanfront primary suite, with its own balcony access, contains a king bed and hosts a beautiful bathroom completed by a gorgeous, tiled shower and 6' garden tub. The first guest bedroom has a king bed with a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features a full bathroom across the hall and has the ability to sleep up to 6 guests with a queen bed and a full-over-full bunk bed. The cutting-edge living room has a 55" TV. The kitchen is outfitted with new stainless-steel appliances, cooking and baking utensils, and full dish ware sets. This condo even includes all linens with some beach towels The over-sized balcony affords guests a breathtaking place to take in the views of the Atlantic Ocean. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for this unit. In the garage we have shopping carts and luggage carts for your convenience. There is parking for additional vehicles on a first come, first serve basis on the main level parking lot. Please note only parking space is availability in the garage that's guaranteed. If additional parking is needed there is an off beach parking site across the street (Browning and Atlantic Ave) street parking, and another area within 2 blocks of the building. (Sunrise and Atlantic Ave) The parking garage entrance is located at the front, under the building. Trailers and recreational vehicles are not allowed to be parked on-site. They were everywhere and swarmed from the garbage disposal. All we had was window cleaner but it worked. We sent an email to the host and left a phone message on the number given and never heard from anyone the whole trip. There are two pictures in the listing that are wrong. One shows a tv in the living room and one in the dining area. There is Not a tv in the dining area. The picture that says it's an actual picture from the balcony showing the pier - neither pier is close by. You have to drive to either one. That was very misleading and was a selling point to us. The ocean views from inside and on the balcony are breathtaking. There was ease in walking to the beach. The pool and hot tub area were usually full so we didn't get to use them. We did notice that some groups would put all of their stuff out and leave it there for the day thus ensuring that no one else could use that spot even when they left and came back later in the day. It is a little inconvenient to have to drive to another address to get your garage opener and placard. After driving 8 hours you want to get straight to the condo but you have to make that stop first. The white leather furniture in the living room is cracked and peeling and most all the blinds are broken. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We love the area! ##### Terri R. Dollar store right across the street Winn Dixie within walking distance! Lots of pillows, blankets and space for our party of 10\. Big TVs in each bedroom, allowing everyone to separate and watch a movie on our colder vacation days. The kitchen was great, stocked well with pots and pans. The kitchen needs more silverware though. The pool and hot tub were warm and used regularly. The unit is spacious, roomy and just exactly as advertised. Great public beach access and there is a Dollar General across the street as well as an amazing miniature golf place across the street. There is also a grocery store a block away. The host was very prompt and accurate with answering any questions that we had. The check in process was a piece of cake.
