This vacation unit is stunning with an open fully-stocked kitchen, master with a king and en-suite bathroom, and second bedroom with two full size beds and a hallway bathroom. The Space: This fully equipped, luxury two-bedroom, 10th floor condo is situated on the quiet, No Drive; portion of world-famous Daytona Beach. It offers spectacular views of the beach, Atlantic ocean, and Inter-coastal (Halifax River). There are not many other condos in this area which offer breathtaking views of sunrises over the ocean AND spectacular sunsets over the Inter-coastal. The condo is in a well maintained building with extensive amenities including a private parking spot available and unrestricted parking if you have more than one car, a heated pool, tennis and basketball courts, gym, outdoor grills, and private beach access. We were there for our son’s graduation from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. This unit is very bright and airy, super clean and any amenity you will need is there. The property is as advertised and frankly, better. The amenities were a pleasant surprise like, shower, shampoo and conditioner are supplied in each bathroom on hanging dispensers on the wall. A complementary selection of K-cup coffee's for guests are provided complimented by a multi function coffee maker unit that does K-cup as well as full pot for fresh ground coffee. The balcony chairs and table are second to none. And most, the king size bed is probably the most comfortable we've ever experienced and we don't stay in cheap places. Special recognition to the property manager, Kerri of Premium Vacation Properties, as perhaps the most pleasant and responsive manager we've had. ##### James K. Spacious, great view, comfortable beds (my wife wants to buy the same mattress now) and everything you need for a stay. Great location for going to the racetrack as I was there for the Rolex 24\. The beautiful condo was tastefully renovated throughout, super clean and came complete with everything but groceries! Though we didn't cook, a gourmet meal could easily have been prepared. The linens and towels were fresh and white and the bed was super comfy. We mostly enjoyed the beach with family staying in other condos on site but restaurants are plentiful. Views of the beach from the unit were phenomenal, and the comforts of home were readily available. The only drawback was the the doors to the laundry room need maintenance, and the thermostat should be adjustable for guests as a box fan should not supplement cooling in the master bedroom.
