The interior is nice and clean with fresh interior and furnishings. The property is under renovation so is not appealing from the outside and the amenities are not available. We found the space adequate for the purpose of our stay which was to see our grandson in a national school competition. The area was very convenient. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. The shower room is small and there isn’t a shelf to hold the shower supplies but none the less we figured out a way to make it work for us. There’s a nice view of the ocean from the bed. Construction was taking place directly below our window so that interfered with the view but that takes nothing away from the condo itself. It’s obvious that the overall building is older, but the owner of the condo has freshened up his unit. It had a trendy backsplash in the kitchen, a convenient kitchen island, furniture was nice with a new futon delivered during our stay. ##### Donna M.
