Direct beach access! This huge 3 bedroom 3.5 bath unit goes straight through the building, the living room & king bedroom 1 are on the ocean and the guest bedrooms have their own balconies looking over the Halifax River! The ocean front balcony has plenty of room for the entire family and features a built in Jenn Air grill. There is nothing better than grilling to the sights and sounds of the ocean waves rolling in. You'll also enjoy the the large rooms, This extra large unit offers 2,900 square feet and another 600+ on the 2 balconies! With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms the unit is fitted to sleep 10\. Additional bedding is provided by 4 twin-sized roll away beds you can move anywhere at your leisure. Each one of these beds has an upgraded full innerspring mattress. Ocean Vistas' fantastic pool deck, and state of the art fitness facilities! There is nothing else like Ocean Vistas on the beach. So if you want only the very best, this is the place for you. The unit has a VIP elevator service to the front door (shared by only 06 & 07 unit guests). The penthouse has 2-reserved parking spaces and access to a storage cage in the south garage. Ocean Vistas' fantastic pool deck, and state of the art fitness facilities! Your luxury vacation awaits. At only an hour and 20 minutes from the Orlando theme parks (Disney, Universal, & Sea World), 1 hour and 15 minutes to Kennedy Space Center, and only 1 hour to St. Augustine, the nations' oldest city, Ocean Vistas is perfectly located to enjoy all that Central Florida has to offer. A starter kit of household essentials is provided, including trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. Additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility. Guest have a central point of contact with Daytona Ocean Front Rentals and will also meet a host at check-in for a building tour prior to key transfer. Check-in is from 4:00PM to 8:00PM EST. Late check-in from 8:00PM-12:00AM EST will incur a $100 service fee payable in cash onsite to the host prior to key transfer. No check-in is allowed from 12:00AM-10:00AM EST. Includes two parking spaces, one assigned space in north garage (6'6" max. clearance) and the other a floating space, also in the north garage. Trailers are not allowed onsite. Please text after booking, but prior to arrival to inquire about rented offsite trailer parking. No smoking allowed anywhere in the unit, including the balcony. If the unit is required to be deodorized due to smoking, there will be an additional $300 deep cleaning fee charged plus you could be liable for any lost rents from subsequent guests. Had to draw straws because while 2 ensuite bedrooms with a porch to the west are very nice the east facing master is huge and luxurious. Kitchen is sufficiently stocked and spacious. The elevator leads to a private entry. Things like garbage are close. The beach is accessed through a secure gate. The older adults spent a lot of time on the large ocean side balcony enjoying the sunrises and dolphin sightings. The sunsets on the river side were amazing. The younger adults and kids spent a lot of time at the beach and pool. I cannot say enough good things about our stay. The owners were very responsive to our questions prior to and after booking, property manager was fantastic. We did not arrive until after midnight and when she met us at the property, she was upbeat and full of energy, giving us a tour of the property and condo. While we didnt have issues at the condo, she was very responsive when asked for recommendations for local shopping, etc. Should i return to Daytona, i will definitely look for this property first. ##### Cheryl L. Large condo with a lot space for everyone. Easy beach access. Private parking garage with assigned parking spaces. I only have two reasons for the 4/5 stars. Reason #1 : key fobs. You only get 3 fobs for the whole unit. We had 8 in our group with everyone being old enough to move around by themselves. 8 people and 3 fobs caused issues during the week. You have to walk someone out or in that didn't have a fob. Spoke with others in the condo and they spoke of the same problem. If you don't have a fob, then you have someone come get you or wait for another condo guest to pass thru and let you in. The 2nd option obviously defeats the security purpose of the fob. I feel like utilizing a card system like hotels would better. Cards are easy to program and cheap to replace if lost. 2nd reason is due to two pocket doors in our condo were difficult to close. One pocket door for a toliet was nearly impossible to close/open. They need to be fixed. I know pocket doors replacement is an issue since the whole assembly and the wall they are contained in have to be removed, but the two in our condo need to go. It is spacious & we enjoyed several meals together with family & the grill was such a plus.
