Ocean Vistas is like walking into a world class resort. The wide interior corridor leads to this luxurious 3 Bedroom/3 Bath which includes 12x14 media room/bonus room that is used a 4th bedroom. Ocean Vistas offers the ultimate in luxury oceanfront living. This elegant residence offers a double door entry under a rotunda ceiling. Split floor plan. 9\`4 interior ceiling. Crown molding. You walk right into the dining area where there is a sleek black dining room table 4 chairs and two matching bench seats that seat 6, as well as 6 additional bar chairs at the high top. To the left of the dining room table you have a gorgeous large chef imported kitchen. Black granite covers the counters, while large cheery wood cabinets and stainless steel appliance fill the background. At the far end of the kitchen is a full laundry room with washer and dryer. The living room is to the right of the dining room table. It boasts a gorgeous sectional couch big enough to fit the whole family, and a flat screen smart tv, as well as a private balcony entrance. Master bedroom has an ocean view with a king size bed, flat screen smart tv, large walk-in closet, and a private balcony entrance. The private master bath has a large walk in shower with dual shower heads, his and her sinks, and a jetted garden tub. 2nd master bedroom also has king size bed with large walk-in closet, flat screen tv, a high end sleeper sofa, and a private balcony entrance. The second guest bathroom has a large walk in shower, toilet, and oversized vanity with a sink. 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed, flat screen smart tv, a high end sleeper sofa, and a private balcony entrance. The third bathroom has a private entrance, a ADA tub/shower and lifted toilet with smaller vanity and sink. 4th guest bedroom has 2 Twin over Twin Bunk beds with a smaller flatscreen smart tv. Out on the balcony you have numerous seating options for not only eating but relaxing while watching the ocean waves roll in. Out on the balcony is an electric grill that was satisfy your grilling needs for your stay! AMENITIES: Ocean Vistas is widely considered Daytona Beaches most luxurious rental. Because of that OV has gorgeous amenities that pair with the beautiful units perfectly. Fully protected sun deck with outdoor patio furniture for you and the whole family to sunbath if the beach side is windy. Full size business conference center with a conference table that seats 8 and printing capabilities. The back deck has a 80ft heated infinity pool and opposite it on the other side has an infinity hot tub spa. The back deck also has numerous seating arrangements to enjoy the fire put and the ocean waves. It was a great set up. It was awesome being able to air out on the balcony and see the ocean! Communication with the property manager was great. He let me know a sink was broken and came over to fix it himself in a matter of 2 days and fixed the jet tub. The walk in shower with 2 shower heads was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool table in the rec room. Parking was great bc we had 2 assigned spots which we needed. The couch was very comfortable and bigger than I thought it was going to be in the pictures. The location was great bc it was just a short drive or walk to a lot of places to eat, shop and so on! The only negative thing I have to say is the hot tub want hot, it was luke warm and the pools heating system wasn't working so the ocean was the warmest water.... Which was okay with me bc I LOVE the ocean but it would have been nice to have a comfortable pool to swim in and hot tub to relax in. But overall it was an awesome week and everyone enjoyed the selves. ##### Colleen Meghan C. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own private space, rooms are very spacious and kitchen area is nice and open. We had everything we needed and had a wonderful week here. There is plenty of room for everyone. We had an issue with the toilets and the owner was very quick to respond and fix them. The complex was very clean and well maintained. Beautiful, roomy condo that worked perfectly for our group of six adults, two 5-year-olds and a 20-month-old. I guess if I had to make a negative comment, the Keurig coffee maker still had a used K-cup in the holder when we went to make our first cup. Might want to double check that when cleaning. Other than that, our collective impression was very positive. My daughter and son-in-law commented it’s the nicest VRBO experience we have encountered. The weather, on the other hand, was terrible! But you don’t get to pick that, and there’s plenty of shopping spots to occupy the time. ##### Vickie D. We were not crowded at all. This is a very roomy condo. The beds are very comfortable. You are very safe and secure with their parking garage and do not have to worry about anything being taken out of your car. Excellent communication with host. ##### terre b.
