Studio with two queen size beds, sleeps up to 4 people. Fully furnished with efficiency kitchen, full fridge, microwave, stove/oven, Keurig coffee maker. TV 42" Smart Samsung. It is furnished to have a comfortable vacation. The Pools, Tiki Bar, gift shop, arcade are now open. You can sit in front of your Room in the patio and enjoy wonderful and spectacular sunrises. You have access to the Beach from Pool Deck. Non-Smoking/vaping Unit/patio, building No Pets Please note that trailers are restricted to a maximum length of 16 feet. BUT No Trailer parking during Bike week and Biketoberfest. Primary Renter must be 21 to Rent WIFI - inside the room and throughout the building. Prior to arrival check-in information will be provided. Please Note: One Parking pass will be found inside plus a key to the south side building outside door. they are hanging on the wall to the right side when you enter and parking pass to be placed on your vehicle. Upon departure please leave both of them parking pass and key inside the room, same location to avoid a replacement charge. Rates subject to change until confirmed. Amazing view just outside the patio door leading out to the beach. The indoor pool was heated and my son absolutely loved it. The water pressure was low but there were signs everywhere about water line repairs the Tuesday we were there. Nothing improved as the week went on. The complex itself had lots of hurricane damage but there were piles of sand everywhere. You could not get out of your car or walk into the entrance near our reserved unit without getting sand all over you. I will stay there again, hopefully the property manager will do better on the housekeeping around the complex to make it better for patrons. ##### Greg T. Communication was great and she responded promptly when needed before & during stay. The hotel on the other hand is an absolute dump. I understand the owner has no control over the common areas though…so not their fault there. ##### Adam V. Clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is undergoing renovation and was in tough shape. Read entire description of the facility. No extras.
