Grand Coquina is one of the few complexes in the area to feature both an indoor pool and an indoor hot tub so that guests can enjoy swimming regardless of the weather outside. Located just a couple blocks from the Dunlawton Bridge, Grand Coquina offers proximity to some of the areas best shopping and dining. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed. The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
