Received a text on our way to Pittsburgh that the condo we had reserved had plumbing issues so they put us in another place, 2 miles away from where we booked. No swimming pool no tiki bar or any dinning near us. Very disappointed!! I don’t know how I will book for next year. I really do not know where to start. the room was a dump it smelled like piss the minute I walked in. the carpet was stained. There was no smoke detector just lose wires hanging out the wall where one should have been. The bathroom was all damaged mirror was all distorted the kitchen was all damaged with appliances that barely worked, the Wi-Fi did not work. The furniture was something from a homeless shelter or good will. The chairs were unstable I could not sit on them. The view out my window was a garage dumpster there was nothing about this room to like. I did not stay there I moved to the Days Inn down the road. I have requested my money back because it looked nothing like the pictures on your web site. They also charged an additional cleaning fee $69 that was never stated anywhere when booking or after booking. When i contacted them they stated it is in the mandatory fee section of the reservation. I was given rm 244 and it was awful. Air didn’t cool room. Reserved 2double beds with ocean view. Got a single very hard bed with parking lot view which I have in a text from the owner that he doesn’t have city view rooms. Patio set was wood and looked like it would break if sat in and that’s if you could get the door open with the broken/loose handle. Texted owner about air and maintenance was supposed to come but never did.
