Take a stroll down the beach to Sunglow Fishing Pier and Crabby Joes Restaurant for cocktails over the ocean and Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, or visit one of the many waterfront restaurants nearby. Just a 5 minute drive to the Historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, and a one hour drive to Historic St. Augustine, Cape Canaveral, and all major theme parks. Building amenities include sparkling oceanfront pool, oceanfront hot tub, gym, club room with pool table, and community grill. Secured entrance to the building as well as secured underground parking for one car per unit. Upper open parking deck is first come first served. 2 Car Max per unit Sorry the Sanibel building has a no pet policy Sanibel is a one week minimum rental building with Sat to Sat bookings only please in the months of June and July!
