The second guest suite features king-sized beds, private bath with a walk in shower, and a private balcony exit to the oversized oceanfront balcony. The condo comfortably sleeps up to six adults with an additional two twin size roll away beds that could sleep two additional children. \*CONDO AMENITIES\* \~ In addition to the exceptional living spaces, this luxury condo offers a range of amenities to enhance your stay. Start your day with a swim in the sparkling outdoor heated infinity pool, or enjoy a soak in the hot tub while taking in the ocean views. The condo also includes an amazing fitness center complete with lifting machines, free weights, cable pull downs, cardio equipment, and a. dry sauna. You also have access to the community room that has a billiards table, as well as the sundeck, and the business center. \*OTHER THINGS TO NOTE\* Minimum age: 25 (minimum age of primary renter) 1\. Management fee is $145\. In being as transparent as possible with this fee. Vrbo just does not have any realistic coverage for guests. VRBO had two options that we think are pretty poor choices. Option 1 the guest pays a non refundable $79/$1500, $99/$3000, or $129/$5000 in coverages which only covers for contents and does not cover structure (Ie you leave the faucet on and flood a room = not covered) We've had some pretty large guest "oops" before that have made us realize this is necessary to protect everyone. Option 2 was pay a a way to large refundable security deposit. Neither were great options. Because of this we have sought sufficient outside coverage for guest incidentals to make sure us and you as a guest are covered from minor and major "oops" scenarios. CHECK IN: 4pm-8pm EARLY CHECK IN: Is not available. This owner also supplies each guest with a few coffee pods/creamer as well as a small bottle of hotel style shampoo, conditioner, body soap per bath. The 4th floor balcony is perfect for enjoying ocean view while giving such beach scenery. 3 beds with all traditional household amenities wonderful. Séjour de 5 nuits en janvier 2026 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Mark 6 juill. 2025 Points forts : Propreté #### Nice Get-away The condo is very nice inside. Clean, Cozy, Welcoming. The bathroom situation is a bit of an inconvenience. There are 3 bedrooms, and 2 1/2 baths. Both bedrooms suites by the balcony, each have their own FULL baths with sink, shower, tub, toilet. There is a 1/2 bath which is only a sink, toilet.... which is behind the kitchen?? Not even located by the 3rd bedroom. THE 3RD BEDROOM guests have to SHOWER/BATHE in one of the other bedrooms shower or tub. Overall it was a great get-away. The condo was very clean. Thought there is NO outside lights on the balcony that we had. A ceiling fan would also be a great suggestion, since the way the balcony has a curved window barrier, it blocks the sea breeze and the balcony is very hot during the day. The unit was clean and had a lot of amenities for the kitchen, etc. I also felt very safe as there is a lot of security involved in staying there. It has a great gym, fire pit and pool. Everything is very clean. If you bring pets, please note that you are not allowed to bring your pets on the beach on that specific stretch, however, there is a neighborhood across the way where there is plenty of space and grass to walk them. ##### Rae K. The third bedroom by the front door, the bed mattress was very lumpy and saggy in the middle. Very hard to sleep in. Also the sheets were dirty. May need to get a new mattress.
