The largest balconies in all of Daytona Beach. This is a well known & well established gorgeous Oceanview condo in Daytona's most prestigious rental condominium. As you walk in the front door of the condo into the unit you will walk right under the rotunda ceiling and into the living room which boasts a gorgeous dining room table. To your right is the living room which features a gorgeous movie theater stir sectional sofa overlooking look a large wall mounted smart tv as well as direct balcony access through the living room sliding glass door. On the opposite side of the living room is the entrance to the highly touted gourmet chefs kitchen that features stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and plenty of cooking amenities. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, dresser, smart tv, walk in closet, and a private master bathroom which includes a his/her vanity, large walk in shower, and a jetted garden tub. The guest bedroom includes two double beds, a smart tv, private access to the full bathroom, and private balcony access. The balcony is a huge 350 sqft balcony that has magnificent views of the sunset while being able to see the ocean as well. No only is the patio furniture perfect for relaxing but the electric grill will make that amazing beach day that much better! OCEAN VISTAS AMENITIES: Ocean Vistas is widely considered Daytona Beaches most luxurious rental. Because of that Ocean Vistas has gorgeous amenities that pair with the beautiful units perfectly. Full size oceanfront fitness center with a hot sauna Full size oceanfront community room with commercial ice machine, large flat screen cable tv, and billiards. Fully protected sun deck with outdoor patio furniture for you and the whole family to sunbath if the beach side is windy. Full size business conference center with a conference table that seats 8 and printing capabilities. The back deck has a 80ft heated infinity pool and opposite it on the other side has an infinity hot tub spa. The back deck also has numerous seating arrangements to enjoy the fire-pit and the the view of the ocean waves rolling in. Needless to say you will be living in absolute paradise during your entire trip. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER THINGS TO NOTE \*\*\*\*\* Minimum age: 25 - (this means the primary renter needs to be over 25) 1\. Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1\. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2\. More importantly it solves the damage claim process which VRBO had traditionally made hosts "aim" their damage claim at the guest first seeking payment before they would step in and pay. We wanted to ensure every guest was covered for both minor an major "oops" without having to deal with the hassle and coverage limitations set forth by VRBO. CHECK IN: 4pm-8pm EARLY CHECK IN: Is not available. (if the unit is ready early, our check in agent will let you know) LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals. We just pass the charge on to the guest. \*\* 8:01pm-11:59pm: $50 \*\* 12am+: $100 PARKING: \~ ONE garage spot with 6'7ft clearance guaranteed. \~ ONE garage access pass to the first come first serve spots in the lower garage (6'7ft) for a second vehicle (If the complex is full parking for a second vehicle may not be available) \~ If your vehicle does not fit in the garage you will have to find other parking accommodations. \~ NO THIRD VEHICLES. \~ NO TRAILERS. \~ NO OUTDOOR PARKING ON SITE. PETS: No pets. KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace. We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need. CHECKOUT: is at 10:00 am HOUSE RULES: 1\. Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium or on the balconies. Caught doing either will result in a $500 fine. (Smoking can be done out front of the building) 2\. You MUST follow the checkout instructions in the binder given to you prior to checking out of your unit. 3\. Do not hang anything over the balcony railings. 4\. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit. 5\. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying. 6\. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. 7\. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association overruling me and asking a guest to leave. 8\. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay). 9\. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this) 10\. If you break something please notify us right away you have damage insurance that protects us both. 11\. One week before check in you will receive an email with all of your check in information as well as a couple documents to fill out. 12\. You will be given a 15-20 minute tour upon arrival. This is so you know your way around the building and do not get lost. 13\. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document. (This will get you removed from the building) 14\. Parking is two spots. One reserved spot in the garage and one unreserved spot in the garage. (unreserved spots are limited) No outdoor parking available. 15\. Checkout is 10am. 16\. You will need to fill out a parking registration form as well as a standard short term lease agreement with us after booking prior to check in that will be sent via email. My boys loved the heated pool and the video game nook! However, this condo was very dirty and could use a deep cleaning. Our crawling baby had black feet, hands, and knees within 5 minutes of being there and needed constant cleaning. We went to Walmart to purchase slippers so that our feet wouldn’t constantly be black. I came very close to asking management to have the floors mopped, but I didn’t want to be a pain in the butt. We sucked it up and just used baby wipes to keep the baby clean. I would also urge the owners to replace the patio furniture. The chairs on the smaller balcony are falling apart and the cushions on the larger balcony are torn and ripped. ##### Melissa A. The place is big, with the 2 bedrooms separated by the kitchen and living, making fir great privacy. The building has a salt heated pool that made swimming a joy. The condo was just as pictured in photos. It was bright, relaxing and nicely furnished. Some furniture starting to show age and bedding could definitely use an upgrade, but overall a very nice beach retreat. Correspondence with host was reliable and timely. Extra points for having beach chairs, cooler, and pool toys available. We took advantage of all the amenities and appreciated the easy beach access. You would be hard pressed to NOT have a fabulous stay at this property. ##### Pam L. Pool temp is warm, and jacuzzi is hot. We've stayed at many condos on Daytona Beach, this facility was one of the nicest. I'm not a complainer about little things, but this unit has its faults. However it had everything we needed to be on vacation. We had a great time. Would probably choose a different unit next time. ##### Brad T. The condo, while beautiful, was not sufficiently cleaned. We got supplies and cleaned ourselves. Pillows on all beds were actually disgusting, but all were replaced in a timely manner upon request. Outdoor lights were not working and fan was broken, as were grates on the grill. We did check in the day after Christmas, and we were told the party before us were responsible for the mess, but that’s not my problem. We love the building, but would not return to this particular unit. ##### Greg T. I have teenagers and they didn’t get bored. The condo was neat and clean with plenty of space. It took a couple days to get used to the elevator system and which door you needed but that’s minor. Kitchen comes with many bonuses such as a coffee maker, blender, pans, place settings, silverware and so much more. The condo is safe and secure. Two fobs make it a little difficult but we knew that going in and made it work for us. The parking garage was convenient and easy to access. The pool and hot tub were clean. The beach access is literally a walk down the ramp. I assume it was still off season because the condo didn’t seem busy so chairs at the pool were accessible at all times and the beach was only busy on Saturday. The condo had a few chairs, an umbrella and cooler for the beach. They have a nice ice machine to fill a cooler for the beach or pool. We got groceries and previous renters leave some things like seasonings so you don’t have to buy every little thing if you want to cook. You can also leave unopened items or drinks which is a plus. Previous rentals we had make you throw away everything which is a waste when you fly. The Orlando-Sanford Airport is a short drive away or even closer is Daytona Airport. The Walmart is within 15 minutes. Grocery stores, mini golf, boardwalk, rental scooters or golf carts is all on the same Avenue (Atlantic Avenue) as the Condo and a short drive. We didn’t know you could drive on the beach for a small fee. The exercise room and sauna is also nice. The condo has some great areas to sit either in the sun or shade. The views from the room are amazing. Both Ocean and River views are nice and depending on which view you have, you can see sunrises and sunsets. We would visit again and hope to explore more of Daytona. ##### Penny E. The check-in process was great, and communication was quick and helpful. We enjoyed the ocean and warmed up each day in the heated pool and hot tub. My boys enjoyed the bunk beds in the bedroom. The living space was incredible for our family of 5\. The kids loved the built in bunk beds and having their own tv on each bunk. The layout was great for cooking and all of us having our own space.
