JANUARY 2026 UPDATE \-The reason our guests return year after year is our constant commitment to improving our condo so their exoerience is BEST IN CLASS. This month (January 2026) we did a complete paint refresh in the Living,Dining,Kitchen, and hall as well as adding a new accent wall in the entry hall. We gutted the laundry room, added a new high efficiency waterheater, new "Side by side" large capacity Samsung washer and dryer, new cabinets, paneling, and paint. We upgraded the TV in the Living Room with a new Samsung SMART TV, and Samsung surround sound sound bar. \-The best and largest pool deck on the beach has been completely rebuilt and fitted with Adirondack chairs, gas grills, tables, umbrellas, lounges, and shower towers. The newly enlarged pool deck results in more sun for our sunbathers as well as more shade for those who aren't. The spa is double the size of the original spa easily acomodating 8-10 people and the new seawall and glass pool fencing offer stunning beach and ocean views. A new direct access gate from the parking garage improves access to our pool deck and the beach ramp. \-Our building underwent a thorough engineering inspection and report by both an independent Engineering Firm as well as the Volusia County Building Inspector immediately after the hurricanes of 2022 and has been deemed safe and not at risk. Enjoy walks on the traffic free beach, gorgeous sunrises, and fun in the sand. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and a separate dining area that seats 8 making it ideal for entertaining. This corner unit has wrap-around windows and 9' ceilings for a sense of openness and panoramic views of the ocean. There is an ocean view from each bedroom as well as ample closets. The front bedroom has a private bath, Queen Bed, a 32" Flat Screen TV, and a walk-in closet. Middle Bedroom has a Queen Sized bed and a wall-mounted 32" Flat Screen TV. The community room features card tables, billiards, a kitchen, outdoor gas grills, and a fitness center. There is a hot tub spa on the oceanfront pool deck. The unit includes secured underground parking with one reserved parking space, and first come first served deck parking in front of the building. Had everything in the condo plus more than we needed. Great view of the beach and very close to everything around Daytona beach. Everything was pretty much 10 mins away. The Condo was Beautiful, Clean, had everything we needed. Very spacious for our group of 5 people, easily could of had room for more. We fixed breakfast every morning, the kitchen had everything including measuring cups, cookie sheets, muffin tins, even a rolling pin, and a blender. The owner, Gary is easy to get ahold of and responds back quickly. Only issue we had is learning how to unlock the door with the key, once we learned the trick to unlocking the door with the key everything else went very smoothly. My family enjoyed this condo so much. It was really lovely. There were 6 of us plus my 1 1/2 year old granddaughter and we were very comfortable. The bedrooms and baths were furnished nicely. Updated kitchen appliances made cooking on vacation very nice. The master bedroom and bath were amazingly spacious and beautiful. Everything is as shown in the pictures. I lived being in a corner unit on the second floor. Our view of the beach and pool areas was great! It was like being home away from home. Or goal for the week was to just sit back, relax and enjoy the beach and we were able to do just that. We were originally concerned because the complex is at the end of the driving portion of Daytona beach. We were afraid traffic on the beach would be hectic there but it was not at all. I would stay here again in a heart beat. We had only one issue, the pull out couch in the office needs major updates. ##### Debbie O. The pictures are very accurate, the condo is clean and beautifully/contemporarily decorated. The beds are very comfortable and you can tell are top quality. My friend and I stayed the first week in August. She has back issues and commented that the bed provided comfort and a good night's sleep - just what she needed! My elderly parents retired to an area 30 min away and came to visit - my mom even decided to stay with us a few nights. They loved the place and everyone had a great time - it felt like home right away. Lots of elbow room for all of us and then some! The balcony has a full patio table and chairs and we enjoyed sitting out in the late afternoon when the sun was not direct - it was very hot in the mornings this time of year. Great views from this corner/end unit. It was nice being on the 2nd floor and being able to take the stairs too. The owner was super and very helpful. We got our deposit back within a few days. I would recommend this property to anyone who is interested in staying at Daytona Beach Shores.This area is in the quieter end of the beach where everything seems a bit newer and well kept. Lots of good restaurants in the area (Aunt Catfish is a favorite) Looking forward to an opportunity to stay again. We might have paid more, but we got less. It was so well stocked! Beds were great, furniture comfy, decor was beautiful. My sister loved the water pressure in her shower. Owners were very helpful. It is spacious, clean and stocked with everything you need to enjoy a carefree week on the beach. The pictures are exactly how the unit looks when you arrive. The decor is very tastefully done. The corner unit gives you a wonderful view of the ocean and being on the second floor lets you enjoy the sound of the surf all day long. The location is perfect for restaurants, shopping and easy access to the highways if you want to venture out. Gary was easy to work with and his instructions were very clear so there were no problems arriving or departing. You won't be disappointed.
