This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap. Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of kitchen paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We provide beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella's, bicycles & a GAS BBQ grill. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay! PLEASE DO NOT WALK ON DUNE. USE CROSSOVER AT END OF STREET. Please keep sand off the furniture and clean the grill after each use. Please rinse all sand off before enjoying the Jacuzzi or Pool. Trash days are Monday & Thursday. Lawn care takes place on Mondays. Check-out time by 10:00 am. Extremely well kept up and furnished with quality furniture and kitchen equipment. We loved the 2 living areas. It isn't easy to find a home with an elevator and I was pleased to have found this home. Steps from a beautiful beach in a quiet neighborhood. Close to St. Augustine for a day trip. We had a great stay here with two families and 6 kids! The house was very clean and comfortable for all of us. We had a private chef come and cook for us each day and she said the house had all kitchen utensils she needed to cook for us! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool and it’s perfect size was a bit hit for all our ages, ranging from 2 to 66! There was everything for the most part there that we needed from bedding to towels to kitchen utensils. On a quiet street with an easy walk to beach with 4 kids and 2 teenagers. Everyone had their own space and between the pool, hot tub and game room all ages were entertained. The house had a large number of beach/pool towels with a large washer and dryer we always had dry towels. Lunch on 1st floor and everything needed for dinner on 3rd floor. The elevator works which is great for a 3 story. The pool and spa were great even in the hot Florida sun that heat the water up lol. Marineland is 5 minutes away and a must do experience in my opinion. There are a number of good restaurants on the A1A that are super close. 15 minutes from restaurants and shops at Flagler and a half hour from St Augustine was perfect in my opinion. Three beautiful floors, each different with something special on each floor. Pool/sauna worked great. Only downside is the pool doesn't get much sun but on a hot day, that would be great. Enough seating around the yard to catch some rays. Whenever I contacted the property manager, I received immediate responses even if it was late in the evening. We periodically come back for vacations. This year we had a family vacation of 12 and we really found the perfect place. Pool was fantastic and the walk to the beach was a short distance to see the sunrises. There was plenty of room for all of us and we weren't tripping over each other. They have everything that we needed. So many good restaurants around. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to all. Are heart will always be in Palm Coast. The house is exactly as pictured and described and is a short walk from the beach. We appreciate the beach supplies available since many of us have to fly to get to Florida. There are ample beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon all provided. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Having our own pool in the backyard is an added bonus. The house provides enough space so we all have our own space but can also gather together in the common areas. Communication with Alina is easy and she is always quick to respond if we have a question. We look forward to returning again in the future! ##### Kelli W. We used the elevator a lot because I’m in a wheelchair. Only suggestion would be to have a portable ramp to be used at the front door or garage entrance. To go onto the balcony you need crutches due to the extra height of the door frame. Beds were very comfortable for everyone, kitchen was well stocked with plates. Gas grill isn’t the best for grilling but works. Game room in the photos looks larger than it actually is but we didn’t use it.
