The room was nice, the pool was nice, the location was nice. The only issues we had was that they have a fire pit for guests but the whole weekend we were there we couldn’t use it because staff didn’t know how to turn it on. The hot tub wasn’t hot at all. It was about the same temp as the pool. The elevators are crazy slow. It would literally take like 10 minutes to catch one. Other than that not a bad place. Was right on the beach and the pool deck itself was nice.

Great except for required early checkout time
Great place! Small efficiency type rooms with stove and good size fridge. Snack bar downstairs and laundry( though it’s across the parking lot) were nice to have. I would say the only problem we had was the 10 am checkout time( too early) and when I called to ask about late check out, before I asked the desk clerk said “I am out of late checkouts” even though there were rooms available for the next day. So we had to rush out.

We stayed 5 nights total, and of thise 5 nights, 3 of them included a rude awaking by the construction happening just beneath our floorboards. The construction was literally taking place under our room with jackhammering, metal/concrete drilling, and metal/concrete sawing. We haven't had a chance or the money to vacation in over 3 years, and we spent a lot of money to be given this horrible experience. We understand that construction can't be avoided, but we were never warned, never given any apology, never given a heads up, and never received any notification it would be happening. It was extremely disappointing, and any customers should at the very least be given a warning. This hotel also had very little parking, and what parking they did have was very difficult to use.

I loved that it was on the beach, and the beach had small waves, so it doesn't knock you over, it was so peaceful. Very private and safe area.

Great resort, everything you need!
The staff was excellent and the rooms were very clean. Unfortunately we had to check out a day early due to a health issue. I messaged host about a refund for the one night and never received a response.

The hotel itself was amazing. We were treated very poorly at check-in, but our encounters with the person at the front desk was good. Maybe we caught her at a bad moment.

The setup of the property is good, but the staff should have a better knowledge of their property and processes. Overpriced for the status of construction. Unit floors were dirty and bed was a full not queen size as advertised online

Fun vacation
Nice property. Our room was updated. It is a timeshare hotel that was a great value the week we booked on Hotels.com. Would stay there again. My son used the foldout couch, which he said was comfortable. The room had sliding doors which kinda created a barrier of privacy between t he e main bed and his “bed.”

There was no hot tub. There was no children’s pool. And a huge part of the patio was blocked off due to construction. This made for a very cramped feeling around the pool and in the chairs for the pool

Weekend Getaway
Went for a weekend stay. Checkin was fast and friendly. Room was very clean and updated. The pool area is under construction. Hopefully they will replace all of the pool lounge chairs. They were all very dirty. They have a place were you can buy food and drinks. Love the music by the pool. Walk out to the beach was nice. Overall a great experience.

Clean property but difficult check in process
Booked an overnight stay for a room on 5th floor. First impressions weren’t positive as there was a substantial wait in line to check in. After about a 25 minute wait, was informed that room was not ready and was given an approximate wait time of 30 minutes. 2-1/2 hours later, room was finally ready. Room was clean and property was undergoing some renovation. Was granted a one hour extension to 10 AM checkout. If they improve check in process efficiency and employ the proper sized cleaning staff so rooms are available as promised, experience will be improved. Disappointing first impression really sullies overall perception of stay.

Hotel was nice but we waited for hours to check in due to the room “not being ready”. Was told to come back multiple times and the room would “probably “ be ready. The explanation they gave was “we had call outs so we are running behind”. I paid almost $400 for one night, missed our anniversary dinner reservations, and was told by the front desk “you will have to call on Monday to speak to the manager with your complaints “. No apology, no discount, and a “it’s not my fault” attitude from the front desk check-in. Horrible. Will never stay here again.

Ever since COVID, there has been a significant decline in being able to staff housekeepers. As of lately, we have been running behind about and 1.5hrs for our regular check-in time. Great spot - great pool and right ON the beach!
Overall our experience was a-ok! This is a smaller hotel which is an owner-owned timeshare type property, so not typical hotel guests. Most everyone was there for a longer stay. The lobby is small, and check-in was lengthy but if your room was ready it was fairly quick once at the desk. If not, people are crowding around with their luggage. All the staff was super pleasant and friendly! The rooms have been refreshed and clean but you could tell deep cleaning was not a priority - the windowsills were super dirty and gross with dead bugs. The units are fully stocked with kitchen items - however they only provide dish soap, and no sponge and there isn't a dishwasher so I did not have confidence that any of that stuff was actually clean. The rooms could use some hooks for hanging towels - there was only one on the back of the door. There are only two elevators servicing the lobby and the waits are super long, especially in the afternoon or mornings where people are loading massive carts of items into their units for their weekly stays. We ended up taking the 7 flights of stairs a few times. The pool is nice and heated but the patio/deck area is under construction. The best part, each room is beach front and the beach is right there! We had a great time at the beach and the pool. Overall it was satisfactory for an overnight stay. This hotel is great for what it is and I would stay here again - it is just missing a few finishing touches to make an exceptional stay!

SUPER small room, Nasty looking elevator, Kitchen so cramped that we had to move things around had to put coffee maker on stove top to use. Toilet so inefficient had to flush 3X each time to clear. Electric availability (available electrical outlets) for phone charging, computer plug etc. difficult to find & use in the room. Finding a USB charging jack on the back of one of the tables was a saving grace. Noises from adjoining rooms.

Cute place in a great location!
Stayed here for a dance convention for my daughter at the Ocean Center. It was a 10 min drive max and the beaches were less crowded. Traffic was not hectic unlike closer to Daytona. It was nice to have the kitchenette that was fully stocked with the necessities. It was weird that the parking lot is in between you and the beach but it at least there's plenty of parking. We were on the 5th floor, so high enough for it not to be bothersome. Enjoyed the sitting on the balcony while she was at dance. Staff was very friendly.

I started by having to inventory my room. The hot tub was removed, pool shut on Mothers Day for first half of Sunday. Pressure washers wake us at 8am Saturday. Construction all over making for a horrible visit for my wife on Mothers Day weekend. Who schedules work on mothers day weekend. I live local and have stayed at 20 hotels down this area. Worse stay yet. Very disappointed. Warm room inadequately locked back door. I should have asked for a refund we were that unhappy. And to boot it was based off Hotels.com 8.8 rating. So both parties failed us on this last stay. One for the books. Stay away.
