The Elegant Coastal atmosphere of the HOME BY the SEA draws you in from the moment you arrive. You can view miles of traffic free beach and breaking surf from the all the rooms in the Home. Feel at home with large screen televisions, FREE WIFI with high speed access to the internet. The Master Bedroom features a Leesa Sleep System King size bed makes for a heavenly nights sleep. The En Suite amenities include a King Size Pillowtop Bed, 45" Flat Panel Streaming TV, a private bathroom and private path to the beach and ocean. The beachfront venue take your senses on an unforgettable journey where the possibilities are endless and the experience is priceless and memorable.
This Home is fully furnished including towels, linens, dishes, pots & pans, beach chairs, umbrellas & toys for the kids. It has been impeccably maintained and pride of ownership shows.

The Daytona Beach area is home to numerous exciting and educational attractions including Daytona International Speedway, Daytona 1, Tanger Outlets, Ponce de Leon Lighthouse, Marine Science Center, Deep Sea Fishing and an array of water sports including surfing, kayaking, kite boarding and scuba diving. It is less than a 2 hour drive to all Orlando area attractions including Kennedy Space Center, Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World. America's oldest city - St Augustine - is just 1 hour away.

A Gem in Ormond Beach, And a Fantastic Time!
We had gone back and forth between renting a condo and renting a beachfront property, and when we found this place, we were sold.
It is an absolute gem; the yard with the chairs that overlook the beach/ocean and how close we were to the beach were fantastic.
The house is very nice and cleanly, and we had 5 adults and 1 child with us, and the house was spacious enough for all of us.
The owner is super friendly and checks in occasionally, but also provides you with upcoming things like a shuttle/rocket launch, which was a nice touch.
Everything was perfect; my parents and little sister came down from NY to visit with me and my family, and we just had a really wonderful time from start to finish.
Don't let this rental pass you by!

Another great year at our Home By the Sea! We look forward to this all year. We love the family friendly beach and the quiet neighborhood. The hosts Gordon and Kathy are friendly and communicate well. The property is immaculate and well loved. We can’t wait to return next year!

Perfect house and location
We love our stay at Home by the Sea. The house is amazing location, the beach daily views are breathtaking and the location is excellent to go any direction! The garage and grill are awesome and there's no shortage of beach supplies! 5 stars all around!

Great ocean-front break
The home is a part of a small private neighborhood - this one being right on the beach. It is very clean and the common areas are all recently remodeled, with a touch of vintage design still apparent. The owners Gordon and Cathy are meticulous about their property, and it shows in how well the property is maintained.
The house perfectly met our needs, with a beautiful front bedroom facing the sea, a second bedroom that perfectly accommodated our young toddler, and another back bedroom with a private bath. The common areas, living, dining, and kitchen spaces were great. The house is well-stocked with everything you would need as a visitor - beach towels, chairs, and toys, kitchen supplies, and all kinds of thoughtful details and extras. Great place and great hosts.

Wonderful Vacation

Right on the beach
The house was the perfect size for our group of six (4 adults, 2 elementary aged kids). The kitchen was well stocked, and there were beach chairs and toys for us to borrow as well. Just a short walk across the yard to the gate to access the beach. Definitely hope to return!

A Sunrise Awaits You
This was a wonderful place. Can’t beat being this close to the ocean. The property and home are very well maintained and has everything we needed inside and out.
Communication with the host was great and they gave us many suggestions for dining, stores and things to do in the area. The locals in the area are very friendly and welcoming.
