A fisherman's, beach goers, adult spring breaker's or biker's dream getaway for a reasonable price. 2 bedroom, 1 bath + extra beach shower. Washer/dryer, central AC, satellite television, air mattress, and sleeper sofa. A new deck is in service and has a new Weber gas grill. The yard is now fully fenced in to protect the ones you love and provide back yard privacy. Home is over 900 square feet - sleeps 6\. Pets up to 30 lbs allowed. Must be 25 or older to rent. The house was very clean, with everything you need for cooking and more, including bikes to ride and all the beach equipment you need. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was updated nicely with a good strong shower. The only thing I missed was a dishwasher since we did a lot of cooking. Also, part of the fence was down in the back yard. I believe it was due to the last hurricane. I’m sure it will be fixed soon. I would consider this place again. The house was clean and met all my needs. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. Check in was very easy and I found the bed quite comfortable. The gas grill started a grease fire and burned our supper. It hadn’t been cleaned out in a long time. The shower shelves for soap etc, are almost falling off the walls. Guest bedroom comforter needs to be replaced and mattress. Storm door has to be pulled to shut, bedroom door sticks. All little things that won’t take much to fix. ##### Steve C. This was a great two bedroom home located 3 blocks from public access to the beach! Home was well equipped and very clean at check in. My wife and I vacationed here for a week in December and enjoyed all the sights. A great little cafe is located a block from the house and we started our day with breakfast each morning. We loved how easy it was to locate the home. As well as get in and out easily to explore. All you need grocery, pharmacy, coffee and eatery’s are literally minutes away. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and pleasant to communicate with. We have friends that live here locally and loved they could visit us so easily. Pat's Riverfront restaurant a few steps away was great for breakfast! Location is near everything we needed.
