Stores were right across the street and the beach was very relaxing. Be prepared to walk a bit from your car to the condo as the current parking is adjacent to the main building. Location was walking from the beach which was very convenient for my family, given our young children. Unit was run down. Once the owner was notified and pictures shared, he reported that he blocked out days to have necessary repairs made and refunded my cleaning fee. I believe he will do this. If the unit gets the repairs, a deep clean and consistent attention with each cleaning, it would be nice for a short stay. Sleeps 4 but not comfortably. There are only 2 dining chairs to the table so it would likely be more comfortable with 2 people. The commute from MCO was feasible and it was close enough to enjoy the boardwalk area without being right in it. Parking was not an issue. Pools were not open but I was made aware before arrival and the a portion of our stay was refunded to account for this lack of amenity. We couldn’t have canceled the trip so close to the arrival date but I don’t think this was within the owners control. The beach’s proximity made it that we could still enjoy the water. ##### Ashley E. The room was clean and just as pictured. The property owner William was very responsive and helpful. The hotel itself can use some work and was undergoing some construction from a recent hurricane, but the room we stayed in was perfect and affordable for our family of 4\.
