Pool and Welcome Basket It’s our pleasure to host you in our Daytona Beach Area Home. Centrally located in Port Orange, our single level 2000 sq ft, 4 bd/2ba home is completely renovated, sleeps 10 people and has a large pool and hot tub in a quiet family neighborhood with lots of privacy. The backyard is oasis of calm and serenity! Flowers, firepit, outdoor heater, relaxing chairs... It's all there for you to enjoy! Visit all the nearby attractions and relax at the home which is a perfect hub for an adventure. Port Orange provides easy access to Daytona Speedway, Daytona's White sandy Beach's, New Smyrna Beach eclectic shopping and Orlando attractions: Disney, Universal Studio's, Kennedy Space Center, and over 20 Natural Springs within 50 miles. . Designed to provide the most comfortable stay for all of our guests, the spacious home has new, large beds, open living/dining area, and a relaxing enclosed pool and backyard area. There is a pool heating fee of $250 per week. You’ll enjoy all the kitchen counter space when you arrive, making it easy to prep meals and have a relax. The kitchen is equipped for all your needs with stainless steel appliances and all the important cooking gadgets. With lots of natural light in the kitchen and living areas, you can continue your conversations through the dining room through the French Doors to the welcoming backyard. Relax in one of several comfortable seating areas, indoors or outdoors. Stretch out in the living area, which has new Moon Pods and 6ft Been Bag bed!- you can completely relax and get comfortable! We have a cabinet full of board games and an XBOX for video games too. Enjoy the backyard oasis, it’s one of a kind with a covered pool space that offers a pool, hot tub, firepit, gas heater and Adirondack chairs, and a gas grill. Lounge in the bedrooms with a book or watch TV in any of the bedrooms. Rest easy each night in our bedrooms, with 1 King Bed, 2 Queen Beds, 1 Full Bed, and 1 Day Bed with trundle, for 10 guests to comfortably sleep and recharge during the stay. Enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine on the pool deck or enjoy some yoga in the backyard. Take a fresh shower in either bath and recharge for your adventures. In the en suite master bath, you’ll find a walk-in shower with dual vanity sinks and plenty of storage for all your toiletries. Within minutes from the house is Publix Grocery, Walmart, Target, Chipotle, Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, Regal Movie Theater and other delicious dining. Just over the bridge you will find seafood dining on the water at Deck Down Under, Down the Hatch, Off the Hook at Inlet Harbor and Hidden Treasure. Our Daytona Beach area House is a perfect retreat for your Southeast adventures. Cross off some items off your bucket list and experience an adventure in a relaxing way. I am very particular when booking rentals and this home offered everything we needed. The house was clean, well stocked, pool and outdoor entertainment area was perfect. Short 10 minute drive to Wilbur beach which we love as it is not a crowded beach. All other main store needs within a 10 minute drive as well. The neighborhood is well maintained with other lovely homes. This place worked out great and was a lot of fun. It was all within 20-30 minutes of many fun things to do. The pool and hot tub were great and fun for all of us including the teens we had and also the grandparents that were along with us. Plenty of towels, blankets, supplies and even a margarita machine! It also is very private as the pool out back is surrounded by trees. Danielle (the host) was amazing and always very responsive the whole trip about questions with the house and also about the area with suggestions on places to eat which we went to and were great! The house has fantastic amenities and is conveniently located close to the beach, just a 10-minute drive away. You can get a yearly pass for $100, or pay $20 for a daily pass, which allows you to drive on the beach and park there. Additionally, the house is near shopping centers, restaurants, and grocery stores. One of the best hidden gems in the area is the neighborhood restaurant where you can enjoy some delicious ice cream on a hot day. ##### Nabil I. Close to the beach an lots of shopping areas to go to the host were great with communication before an during the trip. All directions in the book was good other te directions for the hot was a bit confusing. Plenty of towels an bathroom essentials. Bedrooms wasnt as i thought they be its more of a 3 bedroom with a small room off master bedroom so made things hard on how to room ppl because the small room you cant so had to buy an air matters which then cause some aggravated ppl being woke by others ##### Anthony B. The host made sure you had everything you needed or wanted when you arrived. We had homemade chocolate chip cookies, wine, coffee, dish soap, cascade, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, etc. There was everything imaginable for cooking upon entering this home. Communication was outstanding with the host. The house was stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths. TV'S in almost every room. Beds were very comfortable. The outdoor screened in patio and pool area was perfect. The gas grill and gas fire pit were definitely added bonuses. It was a very private neighborhood as well as quiet. We felt very safe at all times. I would give our whole experience a 10 star review if I could. We are definitely coming back with our whole family. ##### Kimberly A. This location was perfect. About 15 minutes from the track, very direct too so not complicated. The area around the home is also nice with a CVS/dining/fast food all super close. The house was great as well, super clean, plenty of towels and toiletries. No complaints. Next time I am in the area I will totally check for availability. ##### Austin K. Danielle went above and beyond when it came to customer service and hospitality. Our 3 year old forgot her favorite watch and Danielle went above and beyond to mail it back to us. I have a very happy 3 year old! We enjoyed our stay here very much and look forward to booking our next stay with this amazing host. House is exactly as described and neighborhood was perfect. Super responsive to all my questions, the extra touches were so inviting, and the home had every amenity we needed. The pool and hot tub area was excellent, the board games were a hit, the TVs were set up for all our football viewing needs. The location was in a lovely neighborhood and was easily accessible to stores, restaurants & family. And an added bonus, it was 2 minutes from our favorite ice cream shop (Neighbors Ice Cream Parlor). It was comfortable, spacious enough for our whole family, and in a great location.
