Today, each unit is individually owned and managed, giving the building its unique charm and character. We want you to have the best stay possible, so please review the following important details before booking: ■ Parking (Very Important) ● Each condo is issued ONE parking pass only. ● The towing company patrols hourly and will tow any vehicle without a pass displayed — including cars waiting for check-in or parked early. Please do not arrive early and park without your pass. ● Extra vehicles must use paid public parking. There are multiple lots and garages within walking distance from the Daytona Inn. ● No trailer parking is allowed anywhere on the property. ■ Building Notes & Maintenance ● While uncommon, service or building emergencies may occur. We will notify guests immediately if anything impacts your stay. ● Electrical breakers may trip if too many high-powered appliances run at once. Just message us and we’ll reach out to management. ● The building has mandatory scheduled pest control. If it falls during your stay, we will inform you in advance. ■ AC / Heat System (Please Read) The building uses a shared central HVAC system controlled by the Condominium Association. ● Each unit has its own thermostat to toggle the system ON/OFF. ● The system can run in cooling OR heating mode, not both. ● The Association determines which mode is active based on seasonal temperatures. Overall this did not negatively affect our stay at all. Our unit was neat and clean and outfitted with everything that we needed for our 4 night stay. East to get to, east to check in, comfortable and welcome respite at the end of the day. We were even able to catch some fireworks at the end of the day from the kitchen window. The owners have put some work in to it. My kids and myself felt extremely comfortable there. Easy access to the pool and beach. Within walking distance of many of Daytona's attractions. Owners provide any basic necessity you can think of, towels, blankets, toiletries, plates, etc. Owners were upfront and honest about any potential inconveniences. This is definitely a good place to stay in Daytona and you can not do other than giving five stars! The apartment is nicely furnitured and decorated with much love for details, well it is very clean, towels and bedding smell fresh and you feel welcome. If you want to go to the beach you can decide going to the car side or to the side where cars are forbidden, both directly in front of the apartment complex. Also the Daytona International Speedway is only 10 minutes away. The host is very uncomplicated and quick in response. I am super sensitive to any plastic on a mattress and was uncomfortable sleeping with the mattress encased in plastic. Tried putting an extra blanket under fitted sheet but that didn't help either. I took away one star for that reason. If it's bedbugs an owner is worried about a spray between stays would help. If it's stains a high end mattress pad should work. Would stay again but honestly I would go through the effort of removing the plastic. All and all though we did enjoy our visit here. ##### Sharon L. At no point during my stay did I feel unsafe while walking the beach or in the shops. Joe's Crab Shack is right down the way, again, walking distance. The condo is clean, fresh-smelling, and no cheap sheets or towels. It's well-decorated and organized so you have no questions about laundry or garbage or even recommendations for the best restaurants. If you're looking for a 5 star resort for this price, look somewhere else, but if you're looking for comfort, aesthetics of the inside of your condo, and convenience, I cannot give Lynette and Tony enough stars for this place. I was shocked. Uber Eats delivers, as does Instacart and there's a Target right across the street from the Daytona Speedway. I highly recommend this room for up to 4 people, but definitely no more than that. It's perfect for a getaway, honeymoon, or just a single's retreat. I 100% will be back with my daughters, hopefully sooner rather than later. Having lost both my parents this year, I needed a mental health break and this was ideal for me. I'm very grateful for the accommodations and the excellent communication. Oh, p.s. PULL on the door handle when you put in the code and when you hear the mechanism finish unlocking THEN turn the knob and go in.
