Let's talk about the heart of the matter – the view! As soon as you step into this cozy oceanfront studio at the Daytona Beach Club, the captivating scene from the dining room and balcony will take your breath away. And that's just the beginning!

Our newly remodeled kitchenette boasts a lively tropical tiki theme that adds an extra dash of fun to your stay. This comfortable retreat is your ideal getaway, whether you're itching to dive into the Daytona party scene or simply unwind on the couch with a good book while the waves serenade you.

This studio condo offers a single-room layout with a recently upgraded shower. You'll find ample drawer space and a spacious closet. The king mattress is new, and we've added a comfy leather sleeper sofa to ensure your relaxation.

Step out onto your private balcony, a rare gem in this building, for some fresh air and ocean views. Plus, we've got you covered on the entertainment front with board games and cards stashed away in the dresser drawer – perfect for those rainy days. Polly, our chatty parrot, might want to join your card games!

Entertainment options continue with a 43" smart TV, and you'll enjoy the convenience of private WiFi (not shared) for all your digital needs.

In the newly revamped kitchenette, you'll find brand-new cabinets, well-stocked kitchen supplies, beautiful quartz countertops, and a fridge with a separate freezer for your ice cream stash. We've got you covered for cooking with a plug-in cooktop, pots and pans, toaster, microwave, teapot, drip coffee maker, and all the utensils you'll need. Plus, there's a full array of plates, silverware, cups, and wine glasses to enhance your dining experience.

While our building exudes a charming retro vibe from its 1970s origins, please don't mistake it for a brand-new construction. It's like us – age is just a number!

Parking is a breeze with four different areas accessible from both the south and west sides of the building. We're conveniently located just two doors south of the Hard Rock Hotel and a mere eight blocks north of the Main Street/Pier party zone. Each condo comes with one parking pass. Please note that onsite trailer or RV parking is not available, but there are paid trailer parking options nearby.

We don't live on site, but are readily available by text.

House Rules:
- No smoking or vaping. Smoking in the unit will be subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation of your stay.
- No pets. Pets will be considered a violation of the agreement, subject to a $250 cleaning fee and a non-refunded cancellation.
- Quiet hours from 10pm-8am
- Upon booking, you will be sent a rental agreement that needs to be completed within 48 hours.
- Damage deposit of $250 will be collected as a "hold" on your account and released after check out if no damage claim is needed
- No booking for another person. The person booking must be the person staying and over the age of 21

- A $39 Accidental Damage Waiver is added to all reservations and is spelled out in the rental agreement.

CHECKING OUT: All we ask upon your departure is clean any dishes you used and take out the trash. Simple!

The property is an older complex in Daytona near Seabreeze Drive. The unit itself is very nice and well appointed. The owner was responsive to anything I needed or questions I had. Would definitely stay here again.

Daytona Beach Club Condo

Nice property right on the beach. Private parking ( free). Our rm was an efficiency w/sm kitchen et. And was exactly as described.really enjoyed the ocean view from our balcony. Will definitely stay there again.

Gem among rocks

Five stars across the board is not what I typically rate stays and properties. However, these stars are well-deserved. The location is a good walk or quick drive from anything you need during your stay. Yes, the overall property is seasoned and weathered from age and the Florida climate. Do not let that taint your decision on this rental. The condo entrance is on a secure, open walk way and adjacent to the north stairway. Going through the twilight zone-ish hall is not necessary. :) It is clean and linens are well stocked. One recommendation- grab an inexpensive towel or bath mat (Dollar General has them for $10). If you’re a coffee drinker, pick up a small Mr. Coffee from somewhere. Laundry facilities are on site - don’t worry about quarters, you can pay with a card. Check in was easy. We used the key/lockbox. One less thing for us to keep up with while we were out and about. We plan on booking again for our next trip.

1st: Let me start off by saying the room was very nice. 2nd: The only issue I would have with the beach front would be that the building next door ruins your view from looking down the beach to the left (which is conveniently left out of the pictures if you are sitting on the balcony looking left). 3rd and MOST important: This is where a 1 star comes in: The key pad was a hassle to begin with. She said it was new. There was not a problem getting into the unit. The problem was locking the unit. We would always sit there, turn the knob and pull to make sure it locked. We went to dinner on our last night there, went through the turning and pulling of the door after we locked it. We left at 4:10 (thanks to life360) and came back at 6:14. Our door was standing wide open. We had over $5000 just in electronics. I get a message from Andy at 7:40 stating that she had programmed a code for the next day. First off, why would you program a lock when guest are there? Wait until the guest leave at check out. I sent a text back saying that was creepy and explains why our door was wide open when we returned from dinner (with the lock sticking out) She said that I see you unlocked the door at 4:11 and manually locked it 7:55.She said that while programming the door, if it unlocked the it should have been latched. WHY WOULD I NOT LOCK MY DOOR WITH THAT MANY VALUABLE PCS? It was like she was accusing me of not locking it. This is not my first time locking a door Andy.

Mini Beach Vacay

Check-in information not fully provided prior to check in, property manager is responsive to messages. The studio itself was very clean and as described in the description. The beach chairs, and beach toys provided in the room were awesome to already have there to use. The kitchen was stocked with just enough items and appliances to make your mini trip functional. However, plan on providing your own toliet paper, paper towels, or kitchen garbage bags, if you think you will be using more then one roll of either or emptying the trash more then once while you are there. I hadn't experienced this before in a VRBO rental, only supplying "a starter supply" so, I don't want anyone else to be surprised when they wake up at 0600 only to realize that was the only roll of TP there. Even with all that being said, walgreens is really close by for items needed like that. There is also a publix near by for other things that you may want or need The building however is a little older and it shows, and does have an odor about it ( NOT THE ROOM THE BUILDING). But overall it's doable. The parking is very limited, and tiny to manuver if larger vehicle. We were fortunate that the beach access on the building property was put back together and usable when we arrived for our trip, honestly a welcomed surprise. The neighborhood surrounding the building on the street side was a little sketchy in the evening, be more vigilant than you already should be. Overall it was a good for us and our plans.

Amazing place!

The property was awesome! The description didn't even do it justice - so many extras and details! The beach chairs and towels were such a great thing to have - saved us time and money. The hosts were extremely communicative and even told us some great venues to check out. It would have been great to have had the pool - but we knew it wouldn't be open due to the storm, so it was totally fine. We will absolutely stay there again if we're in the area and we will recommend this property to any of our friends and family who may travel to Daytona Beach.
