Large family area with kitchen and dining area - open floor plan and flanked by a bedroom on each side of the unit to provide more privacy Master bedroom will have a king bed and private bath suite. 2nd bedroom has king bed 3rd bedroom has 2 full beds Sleeper sofa in the living room Washer - Dryer in unit These units are assigned on arrival - we dont know the tower or floor or view. These units are priced well below the our assigned oceanfront rooms. Unit pictured may not be the unit you are assigned Pictures shown represent a 3 bedroom deluxe that we had recently reserved - this will not be the same unit you are assigned. However, floor plan will be identical and rooms will be decorated in a similar fashion. Rental Requirements :: I will need a guest name for your reservation, we will have the name on the confirmation. If you need to change this name for any reason - you will incur a $99 fee. Please put some thought into guest name to avoid problems. Guest must be 21 to check in at this resort. You will need a major credit card for a $150 security deposit.
