Beach access is about 200ft away as the gate in the photos is inaccessible. It put a damper on the experience for me as a person with mobility issues. Property manager said they “were not aware” which they should’ve been as it’s their job. The tables are cute but not likely to hold up to wear and tear in a rental. They should be replaced with something designed for high use. The windows also don’t stay open so if you are thinking you’ll go to sleep listening to the waves you can forget it. ##### Samantha O.
