The overall property seemed to be in need of repairs, and there was evidence that it hasn't recovered from past hurricane damage. However, I did love the proximity and easy access it had to the beach. The view of the ocean from the kitchen, living room AND the bedroom was gorgeous. The size of the kitchen was also perfect and it felt like a home away from home. I would definitely rebook a stay at this rental not only based on its cleanliness but also for its affordability. Hopefully, at some point in time, the grounds can be returned to its former glory. ##### Andria C. On a side note, I highly recommend visiting the Dollar Tree (almost directly across the road) for supplies and travel sized items before looking elsewhere. It was very musty smelling when we first got there. The bedding was not good. We were told that the pool and exercise room was going to be closed for the 6 days we were there and if we still wanted to rent. Decided that wouldn't be a problem and decided to take it. What Renata forgot to tell us that there was major renovations in the whole building. One day there was a strong odor from the stain they were using. The coffee pot didn't work. Thank goodness we had our own. The frying pan was disgusting, had to go buy one so we could at least make breakfast. The hangers in the closet where wired, which most were bent and useless.
