Ocean Vistas is like walking into a world class resort. The wide interior corridor leads to this luxurious 4 bedroom / bathroom Ocean Vistas offers the ultimate in luxury oceanfront living. This elegant residence offers a double door entry under a rotunda ceiling. Split floor plan. 9\`4 interior ceiling. Crown molding. You walk right into the dining area where there is a dining room table that seats 8 as well as 5 additional bar chairs at the bar top. To the left of the dining room table you have a gorgeous large chef imported kitchen. Black granite covers the counters, while large cherry wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances fill the background. At the far end of the kitchen is a full laundry room with washer and dryer. The living room is to the right of the dining room table. It boasts a gorgeous couch, loveseat, and recliner that is centered around a flat screen smart tv, as well as a private balcony entrance. Master bedroom has an ocean view with a king size bed, flat screen smart tv, large walk-in closet, and a private balcony entrance. The private master bath has a large walk in shower with dual shower heads, his and her sinks, and a jetted garden tub. 2nd master bedroom has a queen size bed with large walk-in closet, flat screen tv, a loveseat, and a private balcony entrance. Out on the balcony you have numerous seating options for not only eating but relaxing while watching the ocean waves roll in. Out on the balcony is an electric grill that was satisfy your grilling needs for your stay! \*\* Very few four bedroom condos in Daytona Beach\*\* \*\*\*AMENTIES\*\*\* Ocean Vistas is widely considered Daytona Beaches most luxurious rental. Because of that OV has gorgeous amenities that pair with the beautiful units perfectly. Full size oceanfront fitness center with a hot sauna Full size oceanfront community room with commercial ice machine, large flat screen cable tv, and billiards. Fully protected sun deck with outdoor patio furniture for you and the whole family to sunbath if the beach side is windy. Full size business conference center with a conference table that seats 8 and printing capabilities. The back deck has a 80ft heated infinity pool and opposite it on the other side has an infinity hot tub spa. The back deck also has numerous seating arrangements to enjoy the fire put and the ocean waves. Needless to say you will be living in absolute paradise during your entire trip. \*\* you will need to fill out a parking registration form as well as a short term lease agreement with us after booking prior to check in. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER THINGS TO NOTE \*\*\*\*\* Minimum age: 25 - (this means the primary renter needs to be over 25) 1\. Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1\. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2\. More importantly it solves the damage claim process which VRBO had traditionally made hosts "aim" their damage claim at the guest first seeking payment before they would step in and pay. We wanted to ensure every guest was covered for both minor an major "oops" without having to deal with the hassle and coverage limitations set forth by VRBO. CHECK IN: 4pm-8pm EARLY CHECK IN: Is not available. (If the unit is ready early, our check in agent will let you know) LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals. We just pass the charge on to the guest. \*\* 8:01pm-11:59pm: $50 \*\* 12am+: $100 PARKING: \~ ONE garage spot with 7ft clearance guaranteed. \~ ONE garage access pass to the first come first serve spots in the lower garage (6'7ft) for a second vehicle (If the complex is full parking for a second vehicle may not be available) \~ If your vehicle does not fit in the garage you will have to find other parking accommodations. \~ NO THIRD VEHICLES. \~ NO TRAILERS. \~ NO OUTDOOR PARKING ON SITE. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need. CHECKOUT: is at 10:00 am \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ HOUSE RULES: 1\. Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium or on the balconies. Caught doing either will result in a $500 fine. (Smoking can be done out front of the building) 2\. You MUST follow the checkout instructions in the binder given to you prior to checking out of your unit. 3\. Do not hang anything over the balcony railings. 4\. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit. 5\. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying. 6\. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. 7\. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association overruling me and asking a guest to leave. 8\. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay). 9\. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this) 10\. If you break something please notify us right away you have damage insurance that protects us both. 11\. One week before check in you will receive an email with all of your check in information as well as a couple documents to fill out. 12\. You will be given a 15-20 minute tour upon arrival. This is so you know your way around the building and do not get lost. 13\. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document. (This will get you removed from the building) 14\. Parking is two spots. One reserved spot in the garage and one unreserved spot in the garage. (unreserved spots are limited) No outdoor parking available. 15\. Checkout is 10am. 16\. Great views, beautifully decorated, and the host, Lucas was great every step of the way. Check in was a breeze. One of things I liked most was the security of the building and parking garage. A key fob was required to enter the garage and the building. Having a dedicated parking spot was great too. We would definitely stay in this condo again without hesitation. ##### Celina D. Largest most beautiful condo we have ever stayed in. Porch was huge. Kitchen was huge. Great views for fireworks. The sun doesn’t beat down on the porch, so we actually stayed out there a good bit before and after the beach. Very clean. Owners were very easy to work with. This condo has plenty of room for our 5 kids, my in laws, my husband, and I. The check in process was easy and the unit was clean. They even had beach towels that we could use. We didn’t have the greatest weather the week we were in town but the condo was a great place to hang out when we couldn’t really go out. Our only complaint was the kitchen probably could use a refresher on cups plate & cooking utensils. We could only find one metal spatula haha. We made it work though. ##### Nan C.
