We are pleased to report that the resort came through the hurricanes with no major damage, and all amenities, including beach access were not impacted. This luxurious resort vacation condo offers breathtaking ocean views with amenities and plenty of activities for both children and adults. An ideal family destination. North Tower Luxury Newly Updated! Spectacular 20th floor oceanfront condominium with 2 balconies!! Beautiful newly remodeled condo has a full kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, and free high speed Wi-Fi. The primary bedroom has a king size bed with en suite includes large jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The second bedroom consists of 2 queen beds with separate private ocean and river view balcony along with a second full bathroom. The living room has 2 queen size sofa sleepers and balcony which looks out over the beach and ocean. For the entire family, this resort is a watery paradise, whether you opt to play in the pools - there are two outdoor heated pools - or run into the waves. There's a water slide and lazy river where kids (and adults) can float lazily along on tubes. One pool includes an interactive, aquatic island playground. The condo has the comfiest memory foam mattresses, great ocean balcony views, the condo is spacious & has a very airy & light vibe. The resort is also full of family friendly activites. The kids got to see a magic show, get face painting, balloon animals, a treasure hunt by the pool, a characatur painting along with an arcade & put put golf. The pools were gorgeous & so many options for the kids with the pools along with a bar for the adults. The beach access is fantastic & right on the beach. We absolutely enjoyed our time in Daytona Beach! The condo was beautifully updated and very clean. It was nice to be able to enjoy the pool area and the beach. I loved being able to watch the sunrise from the balcony each morning. My only complaint would be that the mattress needs replacing in the primary bedroom. You can see the lumps in the mattress before you even lay down. It was quite uncomfortable. Otherwise everything was great! ##### Susan D. The condo was perfect for us, 4 adults, 4 kids. We loved the convenient location and all of the amenities the resort offers. We loved the luxury of the proximity to the beach and going back and forth between the pools and the beach. From the breathtaking views to the luxurious amenities, every aspect of my stay was simply impeccable. The bedrooms were beautifully appointed, offering plush beds and high-quality linens that guaranteed a restful night's sleep. The master bedroom had its own en-suite bathroom, complete with a deep soaking tub and a separate shower. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the tasteful decor to the meticulously clean and well-maintained space. One of the highlights of my stay was the private balcony. It offered a serene retreat where I could relax and soak in the beauty of the ocean. Whether it was sipping my morning coffee or enjoying the sunset after a long day. They were polite and responded quickly to any questions I had. The information provided for the stay was specific and helpful and made the check in and check out process very simple. Second, the property and room itself was nice. Beds were comfortable and ample towels were provided for our week. The only negative I have is that there were a couple things that need attention. Kitchen utensils were not all there (things such as measuring cups), the dishwasher did not clean dishes well so we ended up hand washing a lot of what we used. And the tv remotes did not work with the tvs. I did NOT contact the owners about these things during our stay mostly because we were not in our condo very much so they did not greatly impact our stay. However, I do have confidence that if I had they would have been quick to resolve the issues. If we are there in the future I would absolutely book with them again. ##### Cara C. Both bathrooms have rust and in one the floor up against the wall is in bad shape. The coffee pot didn't have a carafe.
