It looks like they have a least another month to go on the seawall construction. Florida Vacay was the management company and their service was excellent. Also the on site managers were wonderful as well. We love visiting New Smyrnra Beach and we hope to return again next winter. It had everything we needed and was super clean and comfortable. The balcony view of the Atlantic is spectacular. One of the best things about it is, it's on the No Driving part of the beach. It was Memorial Day weekend and friends down the beach were constantly worried about their kids running in front of cars. That is not a problem at this condo. It's a safer and less crowded part of the beach. The restaurants in New Smyrna Beach were terrific by any standards. We ate most meals out and don't have any complaints.
