Wr stayed 5 days from August 18, 2022 to August 24, 2022. This hotel is remarkable with a quality superior to my expectations. The masters of this build are awesome. The term of the sea inside the hotel with the quality of materials and color WOW WOW ... the ideal location for the beach and the beauty of the swimming pool and the outdoor furniture just incredible ... Arrivée très tardive, super accueil par une jeune personne originaire de l’île Maurice et qui parlait très bien français ! Nous avons été surclassés (la suite à la place d’une chambre supérieure avec 2 lits doubles) ; le canapé lit n’était pas prêt mais très rapidement organisé) La suite était propre (petit coup de fresh sur le sol) la salle de bain clean par contre Le personnel très gentil, coût du voiturier élevé comme dans les autres hôtels Ce que je retiens surtout c’est la localisation proche de tous les spots touristiques à pieds au cœur du quartier résidentiel de l’université Georges Washington

Very new, clean, great mattresses and felt like a cloud looking down at the beach. Stayed as a stopover on the way back up north. Daytona not a great area for walking about tow. But has a beach walkway to a pier with 1 restsurant which was nice

You had your daily Room charge & Resort fee, which is standard cost of stay & you opted for Valet parking for both nights of your stay. The hotel is great. the staff is great. My only issue is that We we were booked in an ocean view room and instead we were put in a room that faced construction and had a tiny view of the ocean diagonally off the balcony. Not my idea of ocean view.

OceanVIEW rooms which is the type you booked are located on the North or South side of the building and are a partial view of the ocean which faces East. The correct view to reserve when you want a direct full overlook of the Atlantic Ocean is called OceanFRONT. We would love for you to come back soon and to see the difference :)

Did not like how you could not check in early if there was availability without a fee. Any other hotel, I arrive early and check in as soon as I get there—as soon as a room is available , they let me know. Here, I was not allowed to check in until 4pm. I was there since 9am but could not get on a list to get a room, and go back to the desk to check in until 4pm. Very inconvenient. Also , no staff serving by the pool. Can only get food and drinks by the pool bar. Also disappointing for such a nice facility.

This is copied straight from Expedia's website"Policies Check-in: Check-in start time: 4:00 PM; Check-in end time: anytime; Minimum check-in age: 21; Check-out Check-out before 11:00 AM; Late check-out subject to availability; A late check-out fee will be charged"You made your reservation for Sunday, May 5, 2024 (a day which our housekeeping department diligently worked to get a few hundred checkouts completely cleaned and inspected for our new arrivals and unfortunately due to availability we were unable to assist you in this regard.On Fri, May 3 10:31 AM you sent us a message "We will be arriving tomorrow around 10am, if we can request early check in if possible. Thanks!". We responded 2 minutes later Fri, May 3 10:33 AM "Hello, thank you for your request! Our check-in time is 4:00 pm and we cannot guarantee an early check-in. However, if a room is ready upon your arrival, we would be happy to check you in at that time. Any reservations checked in before 4:00 pm on the day of arrival are subject to an Early Arrival fee. We look forward to your visit!"We are truly sorry for not being able to honor an early check-in however would hope you would revise your feedback and rating as this misinforms other guests as we did something wrong when we did communicate this information which was already a posted policy.

The hotel was very nice however there were some inconsistencies that left us unhappy with the stay. The bar staff and service on Saturday night was poor and when I saw that gratuity was already added to the bill, I knew why. also, I didn't like how they added amenities to the invoice, I would have preferred to have been told when i made the booking.. parking and amenities were both additional charges.

Struttura nuova, pulita. Camera suite vista mare con due ambienti e un bagno molto grande. Pulizie giornaliere accurate. Parcheggio a pagamento presso una struttura di fronte all’hotel molto comodo. Una considerazione: noi abbiamo preso camera con cucina.. ma di cucina neanche l’ombra. Ovvero loro per cucina intendono un forno a microonde e stop. C’era un lavello, un frigo, 4 piatti 4 bicchieri qualche posata e una macchina del caffè. Nè pentole nè padelle.. niente piano cottura.. e allora perché scrivere angolo cottura??????? Mah ..

The only issue that we had was that the restaraunt was very slow. The tables sat un-bussed and the waitresses were carrying plates, cups etc out of the dining room. Please get the staff a cart so they can buss the tables and hire people so that they waitresses don't have to do it. Otherwise, the hotel was awesome.
