Our Daytona Beach condo has a SPECTACULAR view of the Atlantic Ocean and the sandy white beaches of the “World Famous” Daytona Beach. It can be seen from the first moment you enter the condo. Enjoy the sunrise over the Atlantic with a cup of coffee from your own private balcony on the 10th Floor. Then, after a leisurely day on the beach, enjoy a cool drink and watch the Sunset over the Halifax River from the other side of the private balcony. The sunset can also be seen from the guest bedroom. We offer our guests beautiful panoramic views of both the ocean and the river from the private balcony. At night, the lights from the bridges over the river as well as the passing boats are gorgeous. The spectacular ocean views continue from the spacious Master Suite. This condo is a PRIVATE end unit with a split bedroom plan. BOTH bathrooms were just COMPLETLY RENOVATED. NEW tile, cabinets, hardware, paint, etc. NEW RENOVATION was completed in the kitchen with NEW cabinets and NEW appliances for our guests to enjoy. We have NEW flooring through out the condo, as well as NEW carpeting in both bedrooms. Towels, sheets, comforters and even pillows, are constantly replaced throughout the condo to make sure that each and every one of our guests have a clean and comfortable home while staying as our guests. Even though we employ a cleaning service, at least once every other month we travel to the condo to do a thorough cleaning in nooks and crannies that are sometimes over looked. This attention to detail makes this condo one of the cleanest available. FREE HIGH SPEED WIRELESS !!! Located just 8 miles from the Daytona International Airport, 10 minutes to the Daytona International Speedway, 8 minutes to Main street and the boardwalk, as well as about an hour drive to Disney, Universal, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center and more. The condo is fully furnished with a spacious and fully stocked kitchen. There is a king size bed in the master suite with 2 twins in the guest room that can be pushed together if necessary to form a king bed. The living room also has a pull out sofa bed, so the condo can sleep 6 comfortably. Free high speed wireless internet is available. The condo has a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. All linens, including beach towels, hair dryers, ironing board and start up supply of soap, paper towels, and toilet paper are provided . The condo also has a PS2 system and games, 3 TVs, DVD players, fishing poles and gear, sand toys, books, magazines, puzzles, movies, board games, beach chairs and beach umbrella, cooler and a beach cart as well as boogie boards and floats for use while you stay as our guests. It is a secure building with a private underground parking garage. ( no sand on the cars) Keys are needed for access to the building as well as the garage. There is a property manager on site. We have a large heated , oceanfront pool as well as a hot tub. A private, oceanfront picnic area is also provided for the use of our guests. Here you can BBQ on the gas grill while over looking the Atlantic Ocean. Picnic tables are also provided in the picnic area There are 2 saunas as well as a fitness room. The condo is located on the 10th floor and is an end unit, so the views are unobstructed and spectacular. You have a view of the ocean from the kitchen, living room and also the master bedroom. The guest room has a beautiful view of the Halifax River. The condo was decorated in a Beach theme in all the rooms which made it feel special. would walk down to the Beach everyday to take a dip. The condo was equipped with everything that a person needed. The condo has great views of the ocean and the river. They had some work going on to the building witch the owner let me know up front. She was very nice and checked in on us to make sure everything was fine. The beds were really comfortable witch is a must for my family. We will stay hear again on our next visit. ##### Donald T. Very clean condo with a great view of both beach and intercoastal. The kitchen has all the nessessities but no room for more than two people, cooks only! The booking process was easy with Ms Donna's help. She stays in contact and is available if you need her. Property was nice and clean and underground parking was great, spaces are assigned so you know you will get a spot and they are roomy enough to fully open car doors. Donna had really thought of everything in regards to amenities (beach chairs, lots of towels and blankets, fishing gear, a nice size cooler, etc). There was even fresh flowers there when we arrived. My favorite part was the view. It is gorgeous. We loved enjoying our coffee on the balcony in the morning and being able to see the sunset in the evening. Donna was was very responsive when we had an issue with the dishwasher. I would highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Due to renovations to the building, the balcony was closed for the duration and the pool was closed until Monday afternoon, though there was easy access to the beach next door. The view was great. The refrigerator quit working on Sunday but the repair man came out the next morning. Arrival was a problem, as it was a cold, and windy night. There was no number on the doo, and the key was hard to use. ..we were unsure if we’d found the correct condo. Once in there was a very strong smell, which lasted almost a week, even with windows open . The king bed was extremely uncomfortable.. we like a firm mattress, and this was so soft that I rolled into my husband all night, and had to sleep in the other room.for the entire 2 weeks. If these issues were corrected, the place would be great, as another issue, regarding the internet was handled very efficiently, and the problem was completely resolved. ##### norah d. Mark & Donna have done a wonderful job of making their condo your home away from home. It is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, from linens to a fully stocked kitchen. Most importantly a washer and dryer. But the best thing is the area and the view, it’s absolutely gorgeous! I love to watch the sunrise, it was a little tricky because of the side view from the condo but I still saw some amazing sunrises. We even watched the falcon rocket zoom through the sky. This property is convenient to many of the fantastic sights in and around FL. On this trip we went to Saint Augustine, New Smyrna and Cape Canaveral. We also ate at our local favorite restaurants and tried a few new ones.
