This condo is privately owned and located on the 4th floor of the Daytona Beach Resort and Conference Center. However FYI… It says it provides beach towels and they do BUT she sends you a message and says “ Don’t lay them on the sand because they are hard to wash.” It says it provides beach chairs BUT they are not what I call beach chairs; they are worn and the kind that you can only sit straight up in… like camping chairs. Then, There is a sticker on the mirror that says “ Help the environment… by cleaning the shower…” haha. Haha Last, it IS located RIGHT ON THE BEACH but you are NOT just staps from the beach.
