Room wasn’t the cleanest when we checked in. We did sincerely appreciate being able to check in late since our flight was cancelled/delayed. Something to note is that the cleaning crew won’t clean your room until after 3 days you’ve stayed there (meaning they won’t change your sheets, etc), which we really didn’t appreciate and weren’t aware of since we were told at check in that we can just ask the front desk to clean our room any day we’d like. The pillows were also stained, as well as the towels. The shower floor also felt slightly slimy, for lack of a better word. I felt dirty in the room. The toilet clogged the first day, the plumbing seemed slow from the moment we checked into our room— however we did appreciate the quick fix of someone coming to unclog it! Breakfast is decent and parking is available. The pool and view are beautiful. We also like the TV and lighting of our room. One last thing, we didn’t like is the smell of weed at nights from the weekend guests at this hotel as well as one guy sitting outside his room drinking and throwing his beer cans on the grass of the property around the pool. Overall, we would’ve preferred much more cleanliness in our room as we believe that should be a given.

The sheets on our bed had what looked like cigarette burn holes and stains all over them. The ceiling had mold and water damage. The mattress had an ominous and huge brown stain on it. Pretty certain the sheets hadn't been changed in several bookings. We literally went and bought sheets just to sleep there. Normally I'd say you pay for what you get, but this awful place was still nearly $100/night. The front desk also argued with me about and tried to discriminate against my service dog.

This property was gross and it was not cleaned correctly in the rooms and we had to get the sheets removed due to hair and some weird stains.

It’s nothing like described on the web site. I couldn’t sleep due the bad odor inside. Mold on the bathroom door, hair in the bathtub. I paid through Expedia for two rooms but they claimed it showed only one room. We had to pay again yet more than what we already paid through Expedia.

Tv would not work you could see crack in door, moldy ceiling, bugs, shower would not drain. Lights flickered all night. Litterally slept with lights on. Checked in at 11pm and left middle of night.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, was really dirty and the customer service was terrible. We went into the room and checked it out, never unpacked and went to front desk and told them we want and refund, we received the refund and left and got a room at the hotel next door.

Driveway was blocked when we arrived, and the driveway is shared with another hotel. When they finally cleared the driveway, we had a very hard time finding a parking spot as there were motorcycles everywhere. Hallways are outside, so would expect a little dirt, but they were not well maintained. Our bathroom door was damaged, and the repair was simply to put a coat of paint on it.

The rooms were filthy. Bedding not changed, stains on sheets and bed spreads. This hotel is old and smelly and I wouldn’t let our dog stay here. We complained and got a refund within forty minutes of check in. Id be ashamed to have my name on this hotel.

Definitely in rough shape, the bed was like sleeping in a hammock, we both rolled right into the middle. They do a good job of keeping it clean though, so I would still go back.

Room was disgusting! Ceiling cracking looked like it was about to fall down. Paint peeling off the walls. Bath tub facet ran constantly. Floors were disgusting white socks were black after 10 min walking in room. Had to wait an hour to get 2 clean towels.

Absolutely disgusting. The cockroaches come out at night. They were even crawling across the TV. The health department should shut the place down! It's that bad. What looked like blood was on the bathroom wall.
