The BEACH was amazing there was Hardly anyone there one of the BEST BEACH vacations we have had! Would definitely book this condo again! Parking pass, swim bands, laundry keys, all on the counter as stated. This really was such a breeze booking and an over fantastic experience \*\*Also I did not read the fine print but if you book directly with Florida Vakay Rentals you can save your self a couple hundred dollars or more. However, it wasn't until after I signed the rental agreement that the lessor altered us that the complex was undergoing construction that had been taking place for several months prior and was scheduled to continue throughout our stay. There was jackhammering of concrete on the balconies most of the day on every weekday starting at 8:00 am. You could not enjoy the property or the beach. It was misleading of the lessor not to alert renters prior to executing the agreement. This was a material fact that was withheld prior to us signing the lease. ##### Kelly K.
