If you are looking for the best Cinnamon Beach can offer, look no further. Our 5th floor beauty is impeccably maintained and offers the best golf and ocean vistas. Lovely, pristine, airy beach motif will delight your senses and provide a relaxing time for you and your family or friends.  
  
NOTE: WE USE ONLY MERV 13 RATED A/C FILTERS INSIDE THE UNIT.  
  
On the ~280 sq. ft. tiled patio, you will find a large, oval table with six chairs. Perfect for al fresco dining, entertaining guests or family game nights. Access the patio through sliding glass doors in either the living room or the master bedroom. Both access points have vertical levelor blinds for privacy.  
  
The living room is equipped with sofa, side chairs, 50-inch flat screen TV with Roku, Netflix, Amazon Prime and a DVD player. DVD library with popular movies and television shows. Chest is stocked with assorment of board games.  
  
The oversized master bedroom has a king-sized bed, ceiling fan and flat-screen TV. Lie in luxury on Wamsutta 800-thread count pima cotton sheets. Pamper yourself in the huge master bath with separate soaker tub and enclosed shower. Vanity has 2 sinks at right angle to one another allowing two adults to freshen up with plenty of extra room. You will find plenty of plush bath and hand towels, black makeup towels as well as extra sheets, pillows and pillowcases.  
  
Dining room has rectangular table with seating for up to 6. Kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, blender and10-piece Calphalon cookware set. Appliances include oversized side-by-side Whirlpool refrigerator, microwave and halogen range/oven. You will also find more than 10 pieces of Pyrex and Tupperware of varying sizes for safe, clean food storage. Enjoy your favorite beverage in glassware, plastic tumblers or elegant stemware.  
  
Laundry area has full-size top load high capacity washer, separate front load dryer, iron and ironing board.  
  
Second bath has separate vanity and tub/shower combination. Second bedroom has full-size bed, night stands, dresser, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Third bedroom has twin beds, nightstand, dresser, flat screen TV, and ceiling fan. All bedrooms have their own closets with plenty of room for storage and plenty of hangers to hang clothing.  
  
Heading to the beach? Pack up the 4 beach chairs, 4 oversized beach towels and 40 quart insulated cooler, walk just two minutes and you're there.  
  
Feel like relaxing by the pool? Choose from the lakeside (child friendly) pool with zero entry or the oceanside pool with fantastic views and separate whirlpool hot tub.  
  
Amenities at the lakeside pool also include full service bar/grill with chairside deliveries, well-equipped fitness center, business center, game room and adult lounge. Visit the newly opened Splash Zone mini water park for young children right next to the pool.  
  
There is always plenty to do around Cinnamon Beach!  
  
Venture outside the complex and within two minutes' drive you will find a Publix supermarket, two seafood restaurants (one with oceanfront dining), BBQ, pizza, wine and cheese shop.  
  
Want a little more variety? European Village is just 3 minutes away. European village features fine boutique shops and eclectic dining options including gourmet Italian, Portuguese, Indian and Irish venues. There is also a brew pub that offers locally crafted beers.
