Great, cozy and clean unit and property for the price. Property staff was all nice and asked if I needed anything and how my stay was when I was outside walking the grounds. Everyone spoke to one another when in passing. Kelly and Justin literally goes all out to make sure you have everything you might have forgotten to pack. The hosts thought of everything, extra towels and beach chairs, etc. I went in April and it wasn't too busy. The indoor pool is a delight -- no one barely ever there and it was warm as bath water. This property was exactly what we were looking for on our trip to Florida. We were on the beach, had an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, close to Planet Fitness, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc. Also, the room was stocked with anything imaginable that we could need. Checkin was easy and our place was well decorated and had everything you need from utensils to extra shaving cream and everything inbetween. The only downside is this unit is close to the main road so road noise at night was a little annoying - Bike Week approaching in Daytona so a lot of bikes going by. However, late evenng and mornings were very quiet. Would absolutely stay here again. ##### James S. So many special little touches! It was perfect size for two people. There was a big police kerfuffle outside of our door one night during our stay that wasn't so pleasant. The pool was nice, but the furniture was pretty run down. There was no path down to the beach, despite being beachfront. There is a lovely little breakfast and lunch spot 5 minutes walk down the road, which we loved. ##### Kat K.
