Oceanfront - Amazing Views!!!

Direct Oceanfront Condo has floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, which offers an impressive view of the ocean all day and night! Imagine yourself relaxing on the beach watching the ocean unfurl while the breeze nourishes your soul. Your mind is at ease, just nature at its best. The condo is a well-appointed two bedroom and two bath that sleeps a maximum of six people on the fourth floor. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, oven with stove, dishwasher, microwave and is fully equipped to whip up a meal or make a frozen cocktail. With families in mind, the dining table seats six. The master bedroom features a king size and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin bunk beds and a full-size bed with a guest bathroom. Even on vacation, it makes life easier having an inside washer and dryer, linens, beach towels and more. The complex is known for resort-like accommodations to include two pools w/ plenty of seating and shaded areas, shuffleboard, picnic tables and barbeque grills. Great stay in NSB

Such a relaxing stay at The Pelican! I’ve been visiting New Smyrna Beach for over 20 years, and The Pelican is, by far, my favorite home away from home. The property and the condo are well-maintained. It’s very peaceful, and all condos are beach-facing with outstanding views. I’ll stay here again and again. Melynda communicated Information upon arrival and departure, and was available if any issues arose, and I happily had no issues here. Great place for those with children of all ages.

A Family Favorite

We have been coming to the Pelican for years and it is always great. This condo unit was great, it was nice booking through VRBO which allowed flexibility of amount of days we could come. We plan to come again! Great spot.

This unit was a great place to stay. My husband, daughter, and I enjoyed a few days in NSB. Clean & had everything we needed. The condo bldg itself is well cared for and in a good location for walking to some of our favorite spots. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a great condo right on the beach. Far enough south that the beach traffic is minimal. Pools are cleaned everyday and the entire property is well maintained! We will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were two older couples. The kitchen offered everything we needed. Each morning we sat on the balcony overlooking the pools and the ocean with our coffee.

Four of us stayed at the condo and were very pleased. It’s nice and spacious. We had plenty of room. The complex is very nice. It was pretty quiet. The beach is very nice. This was our first visit to NSB and we will definitely be back and hopefully will book this unit again.

From the rental, to check-in, stay, and check-out.... all went well... like clockwork. Condo is comfortable and located right on the beach with a great view of the ocean and pool area. Couple comments ... 1) would be nice to have a tv in the second bedroom; 2) recommend getting taller toilets and adding some grab bars next to toilet and in the shower in at least one of the bathrooms to help older people.

Always love The Pelican. This was by far our best unit there. Our flight got in at 8:15am but they were nice enough to go ahead and give us our pool bands until the room was ready, which Melyinda was able to get us in early. Unit was absolutely spotless and just steps from the elevator which made it easy for getting luggage and groceries to the room. Can’t wait to go back!

A lovely place to stay and rest in peace and quiet! Wonderful, eclectic cooking tools and spices available. Fantastic seafood store on the main drive next to Publix store. Everything you need to get cozy. Was glad to see the building is under going some longterm repairs as all beachside buildings should consider. Everyone was very nice. Try the Cafe Verde Food without Borders in the outdoor seating.
