You'll notice a beach ramp in the photos but please be aware that due to King Tide season, there is a few inch drop off from the bottom of the ramp onto the sand so it wouldn't be accessbile for those with mobility devices. Anyone else would be able to step down into the sand without issue. Aruba Condominiums boasts upscale comforts in Daytona's newest complex having just opened in 2021\. Experience state of the art facilities in scenic Daytona Beach Shores. The Aruba boasts an assigned parking space per unit with additional first-come-first-serve parking spaces. The expansive oceanfront, seasonally heated pool is surrounded by designer pavers and native, lush Florida landscaping creating an oceanfront oasis. Other amenities include a spacious fitness center, electric car chargers, and a club room. Located just a couple blocks from the Dunlawton Bridge, Aruba Condominiums offers proximity to some of the areas best shopping and dining. Just a stone's throw from Aruba is the Sunglow pier home to locally famous Crabby Joe's restaurant. Local surf shops, convenient stores, and beach parks are also within a short walking distance. The moment you enter this 6th floor, oceanfront condo you'll feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders. Enter the spacious living room overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Comfortable furnishings and a smart television invite you to enjoy the breathtaking oceanfront views with family and friends. Host meals for the whole party in the cutting edge kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and an eat-in bar. The adjacent dining area seats 6 with 4 additional bar stools and is surrounded by windows overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This condo even includes a washer and dryer for added convenience! This condo boasts three spacious bedrooms and two luxury bathrooms. The oceanfront master suite hosts a king bed with a television and large windows to take in the oceanfront views. The master bathroom showcases a gorgeous, tiled shower and double vanity. The second bedroom holds a queen bed, television, and a connecting full bathroom. The full bathroom holds a shower/tub combo and contains an additional entrance. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a television. Follow the sound of the waves through the living room and onto your private, oceanfront balcony. Comfortable patio furnishings allow you to take in the joys of the ocean in privacy from only a few feet away from the sand. Need additional space? The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. This unit is an ocean front condo with a beautiful view! We enjoyed watching the sun rise each morning. The condo was very clean, kitchen was well appointed and the beds were comfortable. The secure, underground parking was also a nice perk. The location is great: close enough to the action but far enough away that it is nice and quiet. Very spacious with room for everyone. The kitchen has all the gadgets and appliances you need. The bathrooms have plenty of linens and then some. We really enjoyed having storage for our beach cart and chairs that was labeled for our unit. They had plenty of beach toys available for use also. The unit was very clean and also had a dehumidifier which was awesome for someone like myself with major allergies!!!! We have stayed at the Aruba before and always enjoy our time there. Woke up & watched the dolphins most mornings w/ our coffee. The pool was nice & heated so even though the weather wasn’t the best (cold & windy) the kids still had a blast in it.FYI pool & hot tub only open till dusk-found this out(asked to leave)the first night we(adults)tried to use it (8:30pm)-so forget about using it after a long day.Others traveling with children-mine were accosted by a man claiming to be part of HOA security & demanded to know which unit we were in when we were coming back from the beach-they were ahead of us by 15 min. It was approx.10:30pm. The manner in which this man addressed my children was completely unacceptable & uncalled for. This is NOT a reflection of the unit or the property management company, just know there is a Ken on the property who is rude & likes to harass people.This is a residence-there is no safe in the unit. Normally not an issue, but they had the buildings fire inspection the week we were there which meant they had to be grated access to the unit. We were not notified of this until AFTER we got there. This was inconvenient as it happened to be on one of the best weather days of our stay. Ended up staying in the unit until they got to it. If you are staying in March be aware.To get parking passes & gate opener you have to go off site-about 1.5 miles down the road. Very clean, nicely decorated, everything you need in the kitchen, wi-fi, cable with Netflix etc., brand new washer and dryer, super comfortable beds in all the rooms, beach towels, extra linens, beautiful view from the balcony, heated pool, great security features with underground parking for guests with garage door remote and extra parking in front for visitors, close to the pier for dinner and drinks, family friendly.
