The space is tucked next to and slightly under the house staircase, and has been well configured for living space. We had no issues with the hosts or what we found there. The location was perfect for our plans at UD Arena and the Convention Center. A few things that might matter that aren't in the listing: 1\. It's the ground floor apartment of a house with 2 apartments above. 2\. The entrance is just inside the house entrance. Easy access for this apartment, but you do hear all the comings and goings of others. 3\. Plenty of parking can be found when you approach the property from the street behind the address. 4\. This is in an old part of Dayton, and the neighborhood appears to be in transition from neglect to trendy historical restoration. ##### Laura B.
